Opozicionāri izaicinošas uzvedības skalu izstrāde – pirmais posms

Abstract

Ņemot vērā Latvijas Nacionālās attīstības plāna 2021.-2027. prioritāti par pieejamu, kvalitatīvu un efektīvu slimību profilaksi, diagnostiku, ārstēšanu un rehabilitāciju, nodrošinot labu veselību visa mūža garumā (MK, 2023), tika izstrādāts opozicionāri izaicinošās uzvedības skalas pirmais posms. Opozicionāri izaicinošās uzvedības skalas tika izstrādātas galvenokārt pamatojoties uz Starptautisko slimību klasifikācijas vienpadsmito redakciju (International Classification of Diseases for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics, 11th Revision (ICD-11)), lai būtu iespēja novērtēt galvenās opozicionāri izaicinošās uzvedības iezīmes. Pētījuma mērķis ir izstrādāt opozicionāri izaicinošās uzvedības skalu – pirmo posmu. Pētnieciskie uzdevumi ir noskaidrot kādas mērāmās pazīmes raksturo opozicionāri izaicinošu uzvedību; noskaidrot kāds ir ekspertu viedoklis par izdalīto apakškonstruktu atbilstību mērāmajai pazīmei (OIU); noskaidrot kāds ir ekspertu viedoklis par opozicionāri izaicinošas uzvedības skalu blokā paredzētajiem sākotnējiem pantiem; noskaidrot kādi ir pantu saturiskās pamatotības indeksi opozicionāri izaicinošas uzvedības skalu bloka sākotnējiem pantiem (papildjautājums); noskaidrot kādi ir ekspertu sniegtie komentāri uz ieteikumi par opozicionāri izaicinošas uzvedības skalu bloka sākotnējiem pantiem (papildjautājums). Pētījums norisinājās trijos posmos, pirmajā posmā tika veidots teorētiskais pamatojums un literatūras analīze. Pēc literatūras analīzes tika izvirzīti apgalvojumi, kas raksturo pazīmi. Otrajā pētījuma posmā sākotnēji tika izveidotas septiņas skalas un 51 pants. Pantus izvērtēja un izskatīja seši jomas eksperti un pēc veiktajiem uzlabojumiem fokusgrupā, turpmākajā aptaujā atstājot 39 sākotnējos pantus un 7 jaunus formulētus pantus, veidojot kopā 46 pantus un 7 skalas. Trešajā posmā jaunus formulētus pantus izskatīja seši eksperti, kā rezultātā visi panti tika apstiprināti. Veicot pētījuma rezultātu analīzi, tika secināts, ka sākotnējs ekspertu vērtējums par sākotnējo apgalvojumu kopu, skalas instrukciju, atbilžu variantiem un skalas ballēm tika novērtēts kā neatbilstošs, tāpēc tika veikti uzlabojumi, ņemot vērā ekspertu komentārus. Jauno formulēto pantu saturiskās pamatotības rādītāji atbilst psihometriskajām normām. Jauno formulēto apgalvojumu kopu eksperti novērtēja kā atbilstošu, kā arī skalai ir atbilstoša instrukcija, atbilžu varianti un skalas balles.

Considering the priority of accessible, quality, and effective disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation to ensure good health throughout life as outlined in the Latvian National Development Plan 2021 – 2027 (MK, 2023), the first stage of the oppositional defiant behavior scale was developed. The items of oppositional defiant behavior were developed mainly based on the International Classification of Diseases for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics, 11th Revision (ICD-11) to be able to assess the main features of oppositional defiant behavior. The aim of the study is to develop the oppositional defiant behavior scale – the first stage. The research tasks are to find out what measurable characteristics characterize oppositional challenging behavior; to find out what is the opinion of the experts on the relevance of the selected sub-constructs to the characteristic to be measured (ODB); find out what the experts' opinion is about the preliminary items provided for in the block of the scale of oppositionist defiant behavior; to find out what are the indices of the content validity of the articles for the initial articles of the block of oppositional defiant behavior scales (sub-question); to find out what are the comments given by the experts on the recommendations on the initial items of the block of the oppositional defiant behavior scale block (sub-question). The research took place in two stages, in the first stage of the research, theoretical justification and literature analysis were conducted. After the literature analysis, statements characterizing features/symptoms were formulated. In the second stage of the study, six scales and 51 items were developed. The items were evaluated and reviewed by six experts, leaving 39 original items and 7 newly formulated items, making a total of 46 items and 7 scales. In the third stage, newly formulated articles were reviewed by six experts, and as a result, all articles were approved. Analysing the results of the study, it was concluded that the initial expert assessment of the initial set of statements, scale instructions, answer options and scale scores was assessed as inadequate, so improvements were made taking into account the experts' comments. The indicators of the content validity of the newly formulated articles correspond to the psychometric norms. The experts assessed the newly formulated set of statements as appropriate, and the scale has appropriate instructions, answer options and scale scores.
