Rūpīga PPP izsekošana pacienta dzīves laikā var palīdzēt izvairīties no jaunu pēdas čūlu attīstības.

Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 33 lpp, 4 pamatdaļām un 9 apakšnodaļām, 4 pielikumiem. Aim: To collect and analyze the available scientific literature on the effect of the use of orthopedic shoes and insoles on the development of foot ulcers in cases of first-time and recurrent diabetic ulcers. Research question: How does the use of orthopedic shoes and/or insoles affect the development of foot ulcers in cases of first-time and recurrent diabetic ulcers by changing the peak plantar pressure? Results: In total 129 studies were collected, 4 studies were included for full analysis. The selection was made using the PRISMA flow chart. The methodological quality of the studies was checked with the JBI critical appraisal Tool for randomized controlled trials and the JBI critical appraisal Tool for cross-sectional studies. Conclusion: The use of custom-made insoles and orthopaedic shoes, designed with the PPP in mind, reduces the risk of developing new foot ulcers. Careful tracking of PPP throughout the patient's life can help to avoid the development of new foot ulcers. Key words: diabetes, diabetic, ulcer, foot ulcer, ulcer prevention, footwear, shoe, insole The bachelor's thesis consists of 32 pages, 4 main parts and 9 subsections, 4 appendices. |
