Ilgtspējīga uzņēmējdarbība VAS ''Valsts nekustamajos īpašumos''(VNĪ)

Abstract

Bakalaurā darbā Ilgtspējīga uzņēmējdarbība VAS ‘’Valsts Nekustamajos īpašumos’’(VNĪ) tiek pētīta ilgtspējīga uzņēmējdarbība, ietekmējošie faktori un ieguvumi, kā arī tiek noteikti ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības līmeņi. Sīkāk tiek analizēts Latvijas uzņēmums – Valsts nekustamiem īpašumi, kur tiek pētīts uzņēmuma ilgtspēja, kā uzņēmums to pielieto savā ikdienas praksē. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļa tiek pētīts ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības teorētisko aspektu analīze. Otrajā daļa tiek pētīts Valsts nekustamiem īpašuma ilgtspējība uzņēmumā. Trešajā daļa tiek veikta Valsts nekustamo īpašuma ilgtspējības uzņēmējdarbības analīze. Ilgtspējīga uzņēmējdarbība arvien vairāk uzņem apgriezienus. Uz attīstību un nākotni orientēti uzņēmumi jau šobrīd ir pārliecināti savos mērķos un stratēģijās par ilgtspējības kursu savos uzņēmumos. Ilgtspējīgu uzņēmējdarbību šobrīd nosaka gan starptautiskie, gan vietējie normatīvie tiesību akti, gan pasaules tirgi, gan uzņēmumu atpazīstamība, gan arī darbinieki, kas jau strādā uzņēmumā vai tikai vēl plāno uzsākt darba gaitas. Uzņēmumiem ir svarīgi ieviest ilgtspējību savā uzņēmumā, jo tā ir viena no uzņēmuma stratēģijas stūrakmeņiem, uzņemties atbildību par ilgtermiņa ekonomisko, vides un sociālo ietekmi uz sabiedrību, klimatu kopumā. Uzņēmumiem ir svarīgi veidot savu ilgtermiņa uzņēmējdarbību, izvēloties tādus darbības un attīstības veidus, kas sniegtu pozitīvu nākotnes redzējumu un veicinātu ikvienam rīkoties atbildīgi. Mūsdienu progresīvam uzņēmumam ir būtiski, lai ilgtspējība tiktu iekļauta kā neatņemama organizācijas sastāvdaļa un ilgtspējības principi tiktu pielietoti ikvienā tā darbības virzienā. Darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz zinātniskās literatūras un teorijas atziņu analīzi, un praktiskās situācijas izpēti, izstrādāt ieteikumus ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības ieviešanā. Pētījuma gaitā tiek izmantotas sešas metodes – monogrāfiskā metode, sekundāro datu metode, kvantitatīva pētījuma metode (aptauja), induktīvā analīzes metode, grafiskā metode un loģiski – konstruktīvā analīzes metode. Darba gaitā tika noskaidrots, ka galvenie ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības ieguvumu faktori ir būtisks ieguvums videi, tiek optimizētas izmaksas, tiek sniegts pozitīvs ieguldījums sabiedrībā un arī palielinās konkurences iespējas. Darbs kopumā izklāstīts ….lappusēs neskaitot pielikumus, tajā iekļautas 5 tabulas un 12 attēli. Darbā izmantoti 52 literatūras avoti un pievienots 1 pielikums. The bachelor's thesis Sustainable entrepreneurship in SJSC State Real Estate’’(SRE), sustainable entrepreneurship, influencing factors and benefits are studied, as well as the levels of sustainable entrepreneurship are determined. The Latvian company - State Real Estate is analyzed in more detail, where the sustainability of the company is studied, and how the company applies it in its daily practice. The work consists of three parts. The first part explores the analysis of theoretical aspects of sustainable business. The second part examines the sustainability of State real estate in the company. In the third part, the business analysis of the sustainability of the State real estate is carried out. Sustainable business is gaining momentum. Development- and future-oriented companies are already confident in their goals and strategies for the course of sustainability in their companies. Sustainable business is currently determined by both international and local regulatory legislation, global markets, company recognition, and employees who already work in the company or are just planning to start working. Companies need to implement sustainability in their company, as it is one of the cornerstones of the company's strategy, to take responsibility for the long-term economic, environmental, and social impact on society, and the climate in general. Companies need to build their long-term business by choosing such ways of operation and development that would provide a positive vision of the future and encourage everyone to act responsibly. It is essential for today's progressive company that sustainability is included as an integral part of the organization and that the principles of sustainability are applied in every direction of its activity. The aim of the work is based on the analysis of scientific literature and theoretical findings, and the study of the practical situation, to develop recommendations for the implementation of sustainable business. During the research, six methods are used - monographic method, secondary data method, quantitative research method (survey), inductive analysis method, graphic method, and logically - constructive analysis method. In the course of the work, it was found that the main factors of the benefits of sustainable business are a significant benefit to the environment, costs are optimized, a positive contribution to society is made, and competitive opportunities are also increased. The work is presented in pages, which is without appendixes, it contains tables 5 and 12 figures. In the work author chose 52 literature sources and added 1 appendices.
