Līdera loma Agile projekta vadībā Valsts vides dienestā

Abstract

Darbs sniedz vispārīgu ieskatu teorijā par līdera un līderības jēdzieniem, iezīmē svarīgākos veiksmīgas līderības principus, kas veicina projekta panākumus, sniedz teorētisku ieskatu Agile metodoloģijā un Agile projektu vadības metodēs, kā arī tajā, kā līdera loma ir mainījusies un attīstījusies gadiem ejot. Darbā aprakstīta projektu komandas darbība un organizācija Valsts vides dienestā, padziļināti apskatot 2023.gadā norietā noslēgušos projektu “Vēsturiski piesārņotu vietu “Inčukalna sērskābie gudrona dīķi” sanācijas darbi”, salīdzinot līdera lomu šajā projektā ar no ekspertiem iegūtām atbildēm par līderības praksi Agile projektu vadībā. Pētījumā secināts, ka līderība ir indivīdu vai grupu iedvesmošanas, ietekmēšanas un virzīšanas process, lai sasniegtu kopīgus mērķus un uzdevumus, un ka veiksmīgs līderis spēj pielietot 7 līderības principus, sekmējot projektā izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanu. Līdera loma Agile projektā Valsts vides dienestā bija iedrošināt, attīstīt un motivēt komandu, veidojot efektīvu komunikāciju. Darba gaitā tika noskaidrots, ka divi vissvarīgākie, un reizē visgrūtāk pielietojamie, līderības principi ir vīzijas un mērķu izvirzīšana un komunikācija. Pētījuma rezultātā izvirzīti priekšlikumi: kā celt komandas motivāciju projekta laikā, kā atvieglot projekta komandas darbu un atbrīvot laiku līderim un veidu, kā samazināt iespēju, ka projekta laikā tiek pieļautas lielas kļūdas. Bakalaura darbs veidots uz 63 lapām un tajā iekļauti 2 attēli. Darbā izmantots 41 dažāds informācijas avots.

The thesis provides a general insight into the theory of leader and leadership definitions, the most important principles of successful leadership that contribute to project success, provides a theoretical insight into the Agile methodology and Agile management methods, as well as how the role of a leader has changed and developed over the years. The organization of work of the project team of the State Environmental Service is described, and an in-depth overview is given of the project "Inspection of Historically Contaminated Sites "Inčukalna Sulfuric Tar Ponds" Remediation Works" which concluded in the latter part of 2023, comparing the role of the leader of this project to the answers collected from experts regarding the practice of leadership in Agile project management. The research it was concluded that leadership is the process of inspiring, influencing and directing individuals to achieve common goals and tasks, and that a successful leader is able to apply 7 leadership principles, contributing to the achievement of the goals set in the project. The role of the leader in the Agile project at the State Environmental Service was to encourage, develop and motivate the team, while developing effective communication. In the course of the thesis, it was found out that the two most important, and at the same time the most difficult to apply, principles of leadership are vision and goal setting and communication. In the thesis the prepared proposals are for how to raise team motivation during the project, how to facilitate the work of the project team and free up the leader’s time, and how to reduce the possibility of making major mistakes during the project. The bachelor thesis consists of 63 pages and includes 2 images. The work uses 41 different sources of information.
