Digitālās ekonomikas transformācijas ietekme uz augtāko izglītību: Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes gadījuma analīze

Abstract

Digitālā ekonomika mūsdienu pasaulē kļūst arvien ietekmīgāka, mainot ierastos uzņēmējdarbības procesus, un šīs pārmaiņas neapiet arī augstākās izglītības nozari. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties un zinātniskās literatūras atziņu analīzi un praktiskās situācijas izpēti, noteikt priekšrocības un trūkumus Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes pielāgošanās procesā digitālās ekonomikas transformācijas kontekstā. Šim nolūkam darbā tika izmantoti šādas metodes kā monogrāfiska metode, lai identificētu un analizētu digitālās ekonomikas teorētiskos aspektus, sekundāro datu analīze, kvalitatīvās pētījuma metode kā daļēji strukturēta intervija, grafiska metode, lai analizēt rezultātus un noteikt likumsakarības un loģiski-konstruktīvās analīzes metode, lai izstrādātu ieteikumus. Izmantojot šīs metodes, autore ir identificējusi galvenos faktorus un viņu kritērijus digitālas ekonomikas transformācijas ietekmes novērtēšanai, kas piemērojami Rīgas Stradiņa universitātei: digitālā biznesa stratēģija, finansējums un investīcijas, kiberdrošība, gatavība un apmācība, tehnoloģiju infrastruktūra un kritēriji: izglītības inovācijas, izglītības resursu pieejamības līmenis, informācijas aizsardzības sistēma, digitāla pratība, digitālo tehnoloģiju izmantošana. Tāpat, pateicoties analīzei, tika identificētas augstskolu adaptācijas procesa priekšrocības digitālās ekonomikas transformācijas apstākļos: digitālo stratēģiju un tehnoloģijas infrastruktūru. Un tiek identificēti universitāšu adaptācijas procesa trūkumi digitālās ekonomikas transformācijas apstākļos: nekompetence digitālo tehnoloģiju izmantošanā un digitālā drošība. Pēc datu analīzes autore izstrādāja modeli digitālās ekonomikas transformācijas novērtēšanai, kura piemērojama Rīgas Stradiņa universitātei.

The digital economy is becoming increasingly influential in today's world, changing business as usual, and this change is not bypassing the higher education sector. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the advantages and disadvantages of Riga Stradiņš University in the process of adaptation to the digital economy transformation based on the analysis of scientific literature and research of the practical situation. For this purpose, the thesis used the following methods: monographic method to identify and analyse the theoretical aspects of the digital economy, secondary data analysis, qualitative research method as semi-structured interview, the graphical method to analyse the results and identify patterns and logical-constructive analysis method to develop recommendations. Using these methods, the author has identified key factors and their criteria for assessing the impact of digital economy transformation, which are applicable to Riga Stradiņš University: digital business strategy, funding and investment, cyber security, preparedness and training, technology infrastructure and criteria: educational innovations, level of access to educational resources, information protection system, digital literacy, use of digital technologies. The analysis also led to the identification of the advantages of the adaptation process of universities in the context of the digital economy transformation: digital strategy and technology infrastructure. And the disadvantages of the adaptation process of universities in the conditions of digital economy transformation are identified: incompetence in the use of digital technologies and digital security. After data analysis, the author developed a model for assessing digital economy transformation, which is applicable to Riga Stradiņš University.
