Starptautiska uzņēmuma AS “Latvijas Finieris” darbības finanšu vadības analīze, novērtējums un pilnveidošanas iespējas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmu “Starptautiska uzņēmuma AS “Latvijas Finieris” darbības finanšu vadības analīze, novērtējums un pilnveidošanas iespējas” pamato fakts, ka izmantojot starptautiska uzņēmuma finanšu vadības darbības analīzes rezultātus pēc kvantitatīviem un kvalitatīviem rādītājiem var noteikt problēmas uzņēmuma finanšu vadības darbībā, t.i. var noteikt vajās vietas uzņēmuma finanšu stāvoklī. Pētot darbības finanšu vadību, bija vizualizētas problēmas AS “Latvijas Finieris” finanšu stāvoklī, kuras skar 2022.gada salīdzinājumā ar 2019.-2021.gadu krājumu vērtības bilancē palielināšanu par 12364 tūkst. EUR vai 76,37%, kopējo debitoru parāda bilancē palielināšanu par 21779 tūkst. EUR vai 84,21%, apgrozāmo līdzekļu vērtības bilancē palielināšanu par 48755 tūkst. EUR vai 84,15%. Apgrozāmo līdzekļu vērtības bilancē palielināšana saistīta ar krājumu aprites (kustības) palēnināšanu no 33 līdz 38 dienām, debitoru parāda aprites no 34 līdz 44 dienām palielināšanu, kā arī samazinājusies kreditoru parāda aprite no 192 līdz 124 dienām, t.i. piegādātājiem vajadzēja ātrāk atgriezt naudu par materiāliem u.c. problēmas. Balstoties uz pētījuma aktualitāti un problēmām starptautiska uzņēmuma AS “Latvijas Finieris” ekonomiskajā darbībā, izriet pētījuma mērķis, t.i. ir nepieciešams izstrādāt priekšlikumus starptautiska uzņēmuma AS “Latvijas Finieris” darbības finanšu vadības pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba izstrādei tiek izmantotas datu ieguves un apstrādes metodes. Pamatojoties uz konstatētām problēmām AS “Latvijas Finieris” darbības finanšu vadībā tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi finanšu vadības pilnveidošanai, kuri skar darbinieku apmācību par jaunu un esošu produktu kontroli, lai nepieļautu darbinieku darbības, kas varētu tikt uzskatītas par konkurenci ierobežojošām, ievērot vairākus būtiskus pamatprincipus, lai samazinātu krājumu īpatsvaru bilancē, pārvaldīt debitoru parādus izmantojot īsu maksājuma termiņu pircējam gadījumā, ja tiek piešķirta atlaide par apjomu, kā arī par intervālu piegādēm pircējs var norēķināties pa daļām, kā arī, lai veidotu ilgtspējīgu partnerību veidošanu ar kreditoriem, ir nepieciešams uzlabot naudas plūsmas, sarunājot ar piegādātājiem garākus maksājumu termiņus, lai uzņēmums varētu efektīvi pagarināt naudas aprites ciklu, kas ir īpaši noderīgi sezonālo ieņēmumu svārstību mazināšanai un īstenotiem produktu klāsta paplašināšanās projektiem. Bakalaura darba kopējas apjoms ir 60 lpp., darbā ir 7 tabulas un 27 attēli, 36 pielikumi.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis "Analysis, assessment and improvement opportunities of the financial management of the international company JSC Latvijas Finieris is based on the fact that using the results of the analysis of the financial management of an international company, it is possible to identify problems in the financial management of the company based on quantitative and qualitative indicators, i.e. weaknesses of the company's financial condition can be identified. While studying the financial management of operations, problems were visualized in the financial condition of JSC Latvijas Finieris, which affect the increase of the value of stocks in the balance sheet in 2022 compared to 2019-2021 by 12,364 thousand. EUR or 76.37%, increasing the total receivables in the balance by 21779 thousand. EUR or 84.21%, increasing the value of current assets in the balance by 48755 thousand. EUR or 84.15%. The increase in the value of current assets in the balance sheet is related to the slowing down of inventory circulation (movement) from 33 to 38 days, the increase of debtors' debt circulation from 34 to 44 days, as well as the decrease of creditors' debt circulation from 192 to 124 days, i.e. suppliers should have returned the money for materials, etc. sooner. problems. Based on the relevance of the study and problems in the economic activity of the international company JSC Latvijas Finieris, the purpose of the study follows, i.e. it is necessary to develop proposals for improving the financial management of the international company JSC Latvijas Finieris. Data mining and processing methods are used for the development of the bachelor thesis. Based on identified problems, the financial management of JSC Latvijas Finieris activities developed proposals for improving financial management, which affect employee training on new and existing products, control in order to prevent employee activities that could be considered restrictive of competition, etc., to comply with several essential basic principles, to reduce the proportion of inventory on the balance sheet, to manage receivables while observing a short payment term for the buyer in case of a volume discount, as well as for interval deliveries, the buyer can pay in installments, and to build sustainable partnerships with creditors, it is necessary to improve cash flow flows by negotiating longer payment terms with suppliers so that the company can effectively extend the cash flow cycle, especially useful with seasonal revenue fluctuations and implemented product range expansion projects. The total volume of the bachelor thesis is 60 pages, the thesis contains 7 tables and 27 images, 36 appendices.
