Depresijas, stresa un trauksmes simptomātikas novērtējums intensīvās terapijas nodaļā un operāciju blokā strādājošām māsām

Abstract

Intensīvās terapijas nodaļās un operāciju blokos māsas bieži saskaras ar sarežģītiem darba pienākumiem, pacientiem, kuru veselības stāvoklis ir smags, nepārtrauktu pacientu uzraudzību, kā arī striktām darba prasībām, kas veicina depresijas, stresa un trauksmes simptomātikas attīstību. Pētījuma mērķis bija novērtēt un salīdzināt depresijas, stresa un trauksmes rādītājus māsām, kuras strādā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā un operāciju blokā. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi tika veikts kvantitatīvs, neeksperimentāls pētījums, izmantojot “Depresijas, trauksmes un stresa aptaujas (DASS) (atjaunotā LV versija)” instrumentu. Tika aptaujāti 176 respondenti, kuri bija intensīvās terapijas nodaļas vai operāciju blokā strādājošās vispārējās aprūpes māsas. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka māsu izlasē pastāv statistiski nozīmīga atšķirība depresijas, stresa un trauksmes rādītājiem atkarībā no darba vietas. Intensīvās terapijas nodaļās strādājošajām māsām ir augstāki depresijas, stresa un trauksmes rādītāji nekā operāciju blokā strādājošajām operāciju bloka māsām. Intensīvās terapijas nodaļās strādājošajām māsām ir augstāki stresa rādītāji nekā operāciju blokā strādājošajām anestezioloģijas nodaļas māsām. Intensīvās terapijas nodaļās strādājošo māsu depresijas un trauksmes rādītāji arī bija augstāki nekā operāciju blokos strādājošajām anestezioloģijas nodaļas māsām, taču rezultāti nebija statistiski nozīmīgi. Lappušu skaits bez pielikumiem ir 37 lappuses. Darbā ir 8 tabulas, izmantoti 53 literatūras avoti, 4 pielikumi.

In intensive care units and operating rooms, nurses are often faced with complex work responsibilities, patients with severe health conditions, continuous monitoring of patients, as well as strict work requirements that contribute to the development of symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety. The aim of the study was to evaluate and compare the indicators of depression, stress and anxiety in nurses who work in the intensive care unit and the operating room. In order to achieve the aim of the study, a quantitative, non-experimental study was conducted using the "Depression, Anxiety and Stress Survey (DASS) (updated LV version)" instrument. 176 respondents who were general care nurses working in the intensive care unit or operating room were surveyed. The results of the study show that there is a statistically significant difference in the indicators of depression, stress and anxiety depending on the place of work in the sample of nurses. Nurses working in intensive care units have higher rates of depression, stress and anxiety than operating room nurses. Nurses working in intensive care units have higher stress scores than nurses working in the operating room in the anesthesiology department. Intensive care unit nurses also had higher depression and anxiety scores than operating room nurses, but the results were not statistically significant.
