Māsu zināšanu līmenis pacientu ar obstruktīvu miega apnoju aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Māsu zināšanu līmenis pacientu ar obstruktīvu miega apnoju aprūpē”. Pētījums tika veikts ar mērķi izpētīt māsu zināšanu līmeni pacientu ar obstruktīvu miega apnoju aprūpē. Kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls salīdzinošs šķērsgriezuma pētījums tika veikts no 16.02.24. līdz 20.03.24. No 3 slimnīcām tika saņemtas 3 atļaujas pētījuma veikšanas. Šajā pētījumā piedalījās 470 respondenti no X, Y un Z slimnīcām. No tiem 18 vīrieši un 452 sievietes vecumā no 21 līdz 66 gadiem. Tika aptaujātas 2 grupas: 1. māsu grupa - darba stāžs līdz 10 gadiem (n=261) un 2. māsu grupa - darba stāžs virs 10 gadiem (n=209). Respondenti atbildēja rakstiskā veidā uz autores izveidoto anketu, koreģēja Dr. med. Juris Svaža (skat. 4. pielikums). Šī darba ietvaros tika analizēta teorija par: miega apnojas simptomātiku, apnojas ietekmi uz cilvēka ķermeņa fizisko stāvokli, apnojas ietekmi uz psihisko stāvokli, CPAP terapijas specifiku un par māsu lomu apnojas pacienta aprūpē. Tika analizēti aptauju rezultāti par māsu zināšanu līmenis pacientu ar obstruktīvu miega apnoju aprupē. Ir izsecināts, kā darba sākumā izvirzītā hipotēze neapstiprinās, māsām nav pietiekamu zināšanu pilnvērtīgai apnojas pacientu aprūpei. Māsas ar augstāku izglītības līmeni un lielāku pieredzi uzrādīja lielāku pareizo rezultātu skaitu. Tā kā vidēji 80-100% pareizo atbilžu netika atrastas nevienam jautājumu blokam, un 80% atzīmēja arī zināšanu trūkumu šajā jomā, izsakot vēlmi mācīties papildus. Tas liecina, ka pētījumus ir jāturpina, lai sīkāk apzinātu nepieciešamo papildu kursu tēmas māsu prasmju pilnveidei. Un arī ar tālākās izpētes palīdzību ir iespējams izstrādāt katram izglītības un darba pieredzes līmenim piemērotāko formātu. Darbs kopumā izklāstīts 51 lapaspusēs, tajā iekļautas 6 tabulas, un 24 attēli. Darbā izmantoti 57 literatūras avoti un pievienoti 6 pielikumi.

Bachelor's thesis topic "The level of knowledge of nurses in the care of patients with obstructive sleep apnea". The study was conducted with the aim of investigating the level of knowledge of nurses in the care of patients with obstructive sleep apnea. A quantitative non-experimental comparative cross-sectional study was conducted from 16.02.24. until 20.03.24 3 permits for conducting the study were received from 3 hospitals. 470 respondents from hospitals X, Y and Z participated in this study. Of them, there are 18 men and 452 women aged 21 to 66. 2 groups were surveyed: 1st group of nurses - work experience up to 10 years (n=261) and 2nd group of nurses - work experience over 10 years (n=209). Respondents answered in writing to the questionnaire created by the author, corrected by Dr. med. Juris Svaža (see Appendix 4). Within the framework of this work, the theory of: sleep apnea symptoms, the effect of apnea on the physical state of the human body, the effect of apnea on the mental state, the specifics of CPAP therapy and the role of nurses in the care of the patient with apnea was analyzed. The results of surveys on the level of knowledge of nurses in the care of patients with obstructive sleep apnea were analyzed. It has been concluded that the hypothesis put forward at the beginning of the work is not confirmed, nurses do not have sufficient knowledge for full-fledged care of apnea patients. Nurses with a higher level of education and more experience showed a higher number of correct results. Because on average 80-100% of the correct answers were not found for any block of questions, and 80% also noted a lack of knowledge in this area, expressing a desire to learn more. This suggests that further research is needed to further identify the required additional course topics for nursing skill development. And also with the help of further research, it is possible to develop the most suitable format for each level of education and work experience. The work is presented in a total of 51 pages, it includes 6 tables and 24 images. At work 57 literature sources were used and 6 appendices were added.
