Māsu viedoklis par pieredzes ietekmi apdegumu pacientu aprūpē

Abstract

Apdegumu pacientu aprūpe ir intensīvs un sarežģīts darbs apdegumu nodaļu strādājošām māsām. Apdegumu brūces ir lēni dzīstošas un to aprūpe, un ārstēšana prasa ilgstošu pacientu uzturēšanos laiku stacionārā. Lai nodrošinātu apdeguma pacientiem kvalitatīvu aprūpi un sniegtu rekomendācijas māsu tālākizglītībai - pētījumā “Māsu viedoklis par pieredzes ietekmi apdegumu pacientu aprūpē” tika noskaidrota māsu pieredze un tās ietekme apdegumu pacientu aprūpē ar 10 dažāda darba stāžu apdeguma profila strādājošām māsām. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot kāds ir māsu viedoklis par pieredzes ietekmi, aprūpējot apdegumu pacientus. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīva pētījuma metode ar fenomenoloģisko pieeju, datu apstrāde ar tematisko analīzi, vārdu kodēšana palīdzēja atrast kopīgās iezīmes no transkriptiem, pielietotais pētījuma instruments- daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījums veikts no 02.01.2014. līdz 01.03.2024. Darbs parādīja māsu viedokli par apdegumu pacientu aprūpi no dažādām pusēm, katra pieredze ir unikāla un īpaša. Svarīgi bija saprast ko māsas jūt, piedzīvo, rekomendē. Darbs sastāv no 35 lappusēm, 11 tabulām, 4 attēliem un 8 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: apdegumi, māsas un apdegumu pacienti, brūču aprūpe.

Caring for burn patients is an intensive and complex job for nurses working in burn units. Burn wounds are slow-healing and their care and treatment require a long hospital stay. In order to provide burn patients with high-quality care and provide recommendations for nurses' further education, the study "Nurses' opinion on the influence of experience in the care of burn patients" investigated the experience of nurses and its influence in the care of burn patients with 10 working nurses with a burn profile of different working years. The aim of the study was to find out what the nurses' opinion is about the influence of experience in caring for burn patients. The study used a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, data processing with thematic analysis, word coding helped to find common features from the transcripts, the applied research tool was a semi-structured interview. The research was carried out from 02.01.2014. until 01.03.2024. The work showed nurses' opinions about the care of burn patients from different sides, each experience is unique and special. It was important to understand what the nurses feel, experience, recommend. The work consists of 35 pages, 11 tables, 4 images and 8 appendices.
