Abstract

Māsu kompetence asins komponentu transfūzijas procesa nodrošināšanā saistībā ar pacientu drošības aspektiem reģionālajās slimnīcās. Bakalaura darbs. Rīga: RSU, 2024. 46 lpp. Asins komponentu transfūzija ir dzīvību glābjošs process, kur vispārējās aprūpes māsai ir būtiska loma. Māsu loma ir būtiska, lai spētu nodrošināt drošu pacienta aprūpi asins komponentu transfūzijas procesa laikā. Pētījumi liecina, ka nevēlamu notikumu un blakusparādību biežums ir saistīts ar nepareizas asins komponentu transfūzijas procesa nodrošināšanu. Bakalaura darba mērķis: noskaidrot māsu kompetenci asins komponentu transfūzijas procesā un viņu izpratni par pacientu drošības aspektiem saistībā ar to. Bakalaura darbā tika analizēts asins komponentu transfuzioloģijas process un pacientu drošības aspekti asins komponentu transfūzijas nodrošināšanā. Bakalaura darba pētnieciskajā daļā tika analizēts četru reģionālo slimnīcu traumatoloģijas, uroloģijas, ķirurģijas un intensīvās terapijas, izvērtējot vispārējās aprūpes māsu kompetences asins komponentu transfūzijas procesā un pacientu drošības aspektos. Tika izveidota darba autores anketa, kas ietvēra četras sadaļas - demogrāfiskais raksturojums, prasmes un kompetence asins komponentu transfūzijas procesa nodrošināšanā, ar asins komponentu transfūzijas saistītu drošības aspektu izvērtējums, ar asins komponentu transfūziju saistītu nevēlamu notikumu un blakusparādību ziņošanas process. Veiktais pētījums rāda, ka vispārējās aprūpes māsas ir kompetentas veikt asins komponentu transfūzijas procesu, taču nepieciešams regulāri pilnveidot zināšanas. Iegūtie rezultāti norāda, ka vispārējās aprūpes māsas spēj rīkoties nevēlamu reakciju gadījumos, tādā veidā paaugstinot pacientu drošības aspektus. Darbā iekļauti 18 attēli, 6 pielikumi, 28 literatūras un informācijas avoti, kas ietver medicīniskās tehnoloģijas (MT) metodes aprakstu, zinātnisko, speciālo literatūru, populārzinātniskos rakstus, statistikas datus, vadlīnijas un MK noteikumus.

Blood component transfusion is a life-saving process in which the general nurse plays an essential role. The role of the nurse is essential to be able to provide safe patient care during the blood component transfusion process. Studies have shown that the incidents of adverse events and side effects is related to the provision of the wrong blood components during the transfusion process. The aim of the bachelor thesis: to investigate nurses' competence in the blood component transfusion process and their understanding of patient safety aspects related to it. The bachelor thesis analysed the blood component transfusion process and patient safety aspects of blood component transfusion. The research part of the bachelor thesis analysed the trauma, urology, surgery, and intensive care of four regional hospitals, assessing the competencies of general nurses in the blood component transfusion process and patient safety aspects. A questionnaire was developed by the author, which includes four sections: demographic characteristics, skills and competencies in the blood component transfusion process, assessment of safety aspects related to blood component transfusion, and the process of reporting adverse events and reactions related to blood component transfusion. The study shows that nurses in general practice are competent in the transfusion of blood components, but that there is a need for regular updating of their knowledge. The results indicate that general nurses can deal with adverse reactions, thus improving patient safety aspects. The thesis includes 18 pictures, 6 annexes, 28 references and information sources, which include a description of the medical technology (MT) method, scientific and special literature, popular science articles, statistical data, guidelines, and MK regulations.
