Plānveida ķirurģisko pacientu pirmsoperācijas trauksmes līmenis un ietekmējošie faktori

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Plānveida ķirurģisko pacientu pirmsoperācijas trauksmes līmenis un ietekmējošie faktori” tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka galvenās izmaiņas dzīvē ir viens no faktoriem, kas izraisa trauksmi, un viena no šīm izmaiņām ir ķirurģiska operācija. Pirmsoperācijas trauksme var ietekmēt pacientu gan emocionāli, gan fiziski, kas savukārt var radīt sarežģījumus operācijas laikā un pēc tās. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un salīdzināt plānveida ķirurģisko pacientu pirmsoperācijas trauksmes līmeni un ietekmējošos faktorus sieviešu un vīriešu vidū. Pētījuma dizains ir kvantitatīvs, neeksperimentāls šķērsgriezuma salīdzinošs pētījums, ar nejaušības izvēli, ar stratificētu vienmērīgu atlasi (50%-50%) – pēc dzimuma. Pētījuma populācija ir visi iedzīvotāji kas iestājās konkrētā slimnīcā uz plānveida ķirurģiskām operācijām. Veiktais pētījums kopumā ļauj secināt, ka izvirzīta hipotēze: “Plānveida ķirurģisko pacientu pirmsoperācijas trauksmes līmenis un ietekmējošie faktori sieviešu un vīriešu vidū atšķiras” ir daļēji apstiprinājusies. Trauksmes stāvokļa un Trauksmes iezīmes vērtējumā sievietēm un vīriešiem atšķirības nav būtiskas. Bakalaura darbā ir 5 tabulas, 5 attēli, izmantoti 34 literatūras avoti. Darba apjoms bez pielikumiem ir 38 lapaspuses, pielikumi 6 lapaspuses. Bachelor thesis - "Pre-operative Anxiety Levels and Influencing Factors for Elective Surgery" is driven by the relevance of the topic, where major life changes are identified as one of the factors causing anxiety, with surgical operation being one of these changes. Preoperative anxiety can affect patients both emotionally and physically, which in turn can lead to complications during and after the surgery. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine and compare the preoperative anxiety levels and influencing factors among female and male elective surgical patients. The research design is quantitative, non-experimental cross-sectional comparative study, with random selection and stratified even sampling (50%-50%) – by gender. The study population includes all residents admitted to a specific hospital for elective surgical procedures. The conducted research overall allows concluding that the hypothesis: "Preoperative anxiety levels and influencing factors differ between female and male elective surgical patients" is partially confirmed. There are no significant differences in the assessment of anxiety state and anxiety features between women and men. The bachelor thesis comprises 5 tables, 5 figures, and references 34 literature sources. The main text of the thesis is 38 pages long, with 6 additional pages in the appendices.
