Speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību rezultātā iegūto ziņu izmantošana

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību rezultātā iegūto ziņu izmantošana”.

Bakalaura darba aktualitāti apstiprina nepilnīgais nacionālais tiesiskais regulējums, Eiropas Savienības tiesu prakses piemērošanas problēmas u.c. būtiski aspekti speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību rezultātā iegūto ziņu izmantošanas jomā.

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību jēdzienu un būtību, konstatēt problēmjautājumus un ieteikt tiesiskā regulējuma grozījumus.

Pētījuma jautājumi: Kāds ir speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību jēdziens un būtība; Kādi ir speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību veikšanas nosacījumi un veidi; Kāda ir speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību vēsture Latvijā un Eiropā; Kāds ir speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību tiesiskais regulējums Latvijā un Eiropā; Kāda ir speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību tiesu prakse Latvijā un Eiropā; Kādi ir speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību problēmjautājumi.

Pētījuma bāze: Bakalaura darba bāzi veido nacionālie un starptautiskie tiesību akti, monogrāfijas, periodikas, tiesu prakse un judikatūra, kā arī interneta resursi.

Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, 7 apakšnodaļām un nobeiguma.

Bakalaura darbā iegūtie rezultāti: uz bakalaura darba teorētiskās bāzes rasti pamatoti uz pētījumā gūtiem secinājumiem balstīti priekšlikumi normatīvā regulējuma izmaiņām, kas atrisina pētījuma gaitā konstatētās problēmas.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is " The use of information obtained as a result of special investigative activities".

Actuality of the Bachelor's thesis is confirmed by the incomplete national legal framework, the problems of application of the European Union case-law, etc., which are relevant to the use of information obtained as a result of special investigative activities.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to examine the concept and nature of special investigative activities, to identify problematic issues and to provide legal proposals to the legal framework.

Research questions: what is the concept and essence of special investigative activities; what are the rules and types of special investigative activities; what is the history of special investigative activities in Latvia and Europe; what is the legal framework of special investigative activities in Latvia and Europe; what is the case law of special investigative activities in Latvia and Europe; what are the problematic issues of special investigative activities.

Research base: the basis of the bachelor thesis is national and international regulatory framework, monographs, periodicals, case law and jurisprudence, as well as internet resources.

The thesis consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, 7 subchapters and a conclusion.

Results of the bachelor thesis: on the theoretical basis of the bachelor thesis, proposals for changes in the regulatory framework, based on the conclusions of the research, have been found, which solve the problems identified in the course of the research.
