Vardarbības ģimenē apkarošanas tiesiskie un praktiskie aspekti

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma darba autorei ir “Vardarbības ģimenē kriminoloģiskie aspekti”. Katru gadu sabiedrība arvien vairāk saskaras ar vardarbību ģimenē, protams, daudzi vardarbības ģimenē noziedzīgi nodarījumi tiek noklusēti no cietušo puses, tādējādi atstājot neziņā par vardarbības ģimenē patieso statistiku. Bet pēc statistikas var saprast, ka vardarbība ģimenē ir aktuāla problēma mūsdienās. Vardarbībai ir vairāki veidi – seksuālā, emocionālā, fiziskā, vardarbīga kontrole un ekonomiskā. Varmākas uzvedību mūsdienās var veidot vairāki faktori, gan tas, ka varmākam vardarbība ģimenē ir piedzīvota bērnībā, gan arī ārējie faktori, kā piemēram alkohols, narkotikas, dzīves apstākļi sākot jau ar pārāk labvēlīgiem, kā arī nelabvēlīgiem, internetā pieejamā informācija u.c. Tādēļ ar katru gadu paliek arvien grūtāk ierobežot un samazināt vardarbību ģimenē. Diemžēl vardarbība ģimenē ir plaši izplatīta problēma un to piedzīvojot, tiek atstāta negatīva ietekme pēc tās piedzīvošanas turpmākajā dzīvē. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt vardarbības ģimenē kriminoloģiskos aspektus un izanalizēt Latvijas Republikas normatīvos aktus un starptautiskos tiesību avotus, statistikas datus, kā arī dažādu autoru juridisko literatūru, periodiku, un tiesu spriedumus. Izpētot un izanalizējot doto informāciju, darba autore izteiks savu viedokli un konstatēs normatīvo aktu nepilnības, un piedāvās savus risinājumus vardarbības ģimenē mazināšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, kā arī nobeiguma, kurā iekļauti darba autores secinājumi un priekšlikumi.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Criminological Aspects of Domestic Violence". Every year, society is increasingly confronted with domestic violence, of course, many domestic violence offences are concealed by the victims, thus leaving the society ignorant of the true statistics of domestic violence. But the statistics show that domestic violence is a pressing problem today. Violence comes in several forms: sexual, emotional, physical, economic and violent control. The behaviour of the perpetrator today can be shaped by a number of factors, including the fact that the perpetrator experienced domestic violence as a child, as well as external factors such as alcohol, drugs, living conditions ranging from too favourable to unfavourable, information available on the Internet, etc. Therefore, every year it becomes more and more difficult to limit, and reduce domestic violence. Unfortunately, domestic violence is a widespread problem and its experience leaves a negative impact in later life. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the criminological aspects of domestic violence and to analyse the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and international legal sources, statistical data, as well as legal literature, periodicals and court judgments by various authors. After studying and analysing the given information, the author will express her opinion and identify the shortcomings of the normative acts, and will offer her solutions to reduce domestic violence. The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion, which includes the author's findings and proposals.
