Vertebrālo artēriju hemodinamikas izmaiņas pacientiem ar mugurkaula kakla daļas deformejošo spondilozi, radioloģiskā diagnostika

Abstract

Darbs ''Vertebrālo artēriju hemodinamikas izmaiņas pacientiem ar mugurkaula kakla daļas deformejošo spondilozi, radioloģiskā diagnostika'' ir veltīts aktuālai mūsdienu problemai - plūsmas izmaiņam vertebrālājā artērijā pacientiem ar cervikālo spondilozi. Darbs ir izveidots ka literatūras apskāts. Literatūras apskāta mērķis bija noskaidrot mugurkaula kakla daļas spondilozes ietekmi uz vertebrālas artērijas hemodinamiku un noskaidrot, kādas radioloģiskās diagnostikas metodes var tikt pielietotas šo stāvokļu diagnostikai. Šī literatūras apskāts atklāja, ka kakla spondiloze var negatīvi ietekmēt plūsmu vertebrālājā artērijā. Kakla spondilozes ietekme uz plūsmu vertebrālājā artērijā varētu būt dažāda, sākot ar nelielam plūsmas izmaiņam pacientiem ar mazizteiktu var subklīnisko cervikalo spondilozi un beidzot ar izteiktu plūsmas redukciju, kas rezultējas ar smagiem vertebrobazilāras nepietiekamības klīniskajām izpausmēm. Sakotnēja hipoteze atbilst patiesībai.

The work "Hemodynamic changes of vertebral arteries in patients with cervical spondylosis, radiological diagnosis" is devoted to an actual modern problem - flow changes in the vertebral artery in patients with cervical spondylosis. The work is created as a literature review. The purpose of this literature review was to find out the effect of spondylosis of the cervical spine on the hemodynamics of the vertebral artery and to find out what radiological diagnostic methods are used for the diagnosis of these conditions. This review of the literature revealed that cervical spondylosis can adversely affect flow in the vertebral artery. The effect of cervical spondylosis on the flow in the vertebral artery could be different, starting with a slight change of flow in patients with mild or subclinical cervical spondylosis and ending with a marked reduction of flow resulting in severe clinical manifestations of vertebrobasilar insufficiency. The original hypothesis turned out to be true.
