Abstract

Bakalaura darba ,,Nevērība pret klientu ar redzes traucējumiem institucionālā aprūpē’’ pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt nevērības izpausmes pret klientu ar redzes traucējumiem institucionālā aprūpē. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi bija šādi: 1. Raksturot klientu ar redzes traucējumiem. 2. Aprakstīt institucionālās aprūpes pakalpojumu. 3. Definēt un raksturot nevērību kā vardarbības veidu. 4. Analizēt sociālā konstruktīvisma teoriju. 5. Analizēt ārvalstu pētījumus par nevērību institucionālā aprūpē. 6. Veikt kvalitatīvo pētījumu sociālās aprūpes institūcijā. 7. Izstrādāt priekšlikumus nevērības mazināšanā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām daļām - teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta un apkopota teorētiskā literatūra un pētījumi par nevērību kā vardarbības veidu, izpētīta citu valstu pieredze par nevērību institucionālā aprūpē, kā arī ir raksturoti klienti ar redzes traucējumiem, aprakstīts institucionālās aprūpes pakalpojums un analizēta sociālā konstruktīvisma teorija. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā ir analizēti un apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti par nevērību pret klientu ar redzes traucējumiem institucionālā aprūpē. Ir izstrādāti priekšlikumi sociālās aprūpes centra vadībai ar mērķi uzlabot sociālās aprūpes centra klientu un speciālistu ikdienu. Kā pētījuma metode tika izvēlēta daļēji strukturētā intervija ar 25 sociālās aprūpes centra klientiem, 10 sociālās aprūpes centra darbiniekiem un Tiesībsarga speciālistu. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 75 lapas, tas satur 2 tabulas un 7 attēlus. Darba izstrādē tika izmantoti 76 literatūras avoti.

The aim of the bachelor thesis "Neglect towards a client with visual impairment in institutional care" was to investigate the manifestations of neglect towards a client with visual impairment in institutional care. The Bachelor's terms of reference were as follows: 1. Describe the visually impaired customer. 2. Describe institutional care service. 3. Define and describe neglect as a form of violence. 4. Analyze the theory of social constructivism. 5. Analyze foreign studies of neglect in institutional care. 6. To carry out qualitative research in a social care institution. 7. Develop proposals to reduce neglect. The Bachelor's work consists of two parts - the theoretical and exploratory part. The theoretical part analysed and compiled theoretical literature and studies on neglect as a form of violence, explored other countries "experiences of neglect in institutional care. Visually impaired customers were described, institutional care service described and social constructivism theory analyzed. The research part of the work analysed and summarised the results of a study on neglect of a visually impaired client in institutional care. Proposals were developed for the management of the social care centre, with the aim of improving the daily life of clients and specialists of the social care centre. A semi-structured interview with 25 clients of the social care center, 10 employees of the social care center and a specialist of the Ombudsman was chosen as methods of the study. The Bachelor's work is 75 pages, contains 2 tables and 7 images. 76 sources of literature were used.
