Ārstniecības personas un pacienta komunikācijas elektroniskā vidē tiesiskais regulējums un tā piemērošana

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Ārstniecības personas un pacienta komunikācijas elektroniskā vidē tiesikais regulējums un tā piemērošana” ir pētījums, kurā analizējot ārstniecības personas un pacienta komunikācijas elektroniskā vidē pašreizējo tiesisko regulējumu tiek konstatētas normatīvā regulējuma nepilnības un tiek sniegti priekšlikumi normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidei. Pētījuma aktuālitāte tiek pamatota ar straujo ārstniecības personu un pacientu komunikācijas elektroniskajā vidē paieaugumu, kādēļ rodas nepieciešamība veidot skaidri saprotamu un mūsdienu vajadzībām atbilstošu normatīvo regulējumu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no pamatdaļas, kas sadalīta trīs nodaļās, apakšnodaļās un nobeiguma. Ievadā tiek uzsvērta tēmas aktualitāte, definēts pētījuma objekts un priekšmets, tiek noteikti darba uzdevumi un izvirzīti darba mērķi un pētāmie jautājumi, kā arī noteiktas pētniecības metodes, kuras tiks pielietotas darba izstrādes laikā. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēts Ārstniecības personas un pacienta komunikācijas elektroniskā vidē būtība, ka arī Eiropas padomes un Latvijas tiesiskais regulējums. Bakalaura darba otrajā nodaļā autore analizē pacienta tiesības uz informāciju un veselību, datu drošību un informēto piekrišanu ārstniecībai. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek pētīta ārstniecības personas un pacienta komunikācijas elektroniskā vidē tiesiskā regulējuma problemātika. Bakalaura darba nobeigums sastāv no bakalaura darba iztrādes laikā gūtajiem secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidei ārstniecības personas un pacienta komunikācijai elektroniskajā vidē. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizējot pašreizējo ārstniecības personas un pacienta komunikācijas elektroniskā vidē normatīvo regulējumu, konstatēt problemātiku un ieteikt risinājumus tā pilnveidei. The bachelor's thesis "Legal regulation of medical personnel and patient communication in an electronic environment and its application" is a study in which, by analyzing the current legal regulation of medical personnel and patient communication in an electronic environment, the shortcomings of the regulatory framework are identified and proposals are made for the improvement of the regulatory framework. The aforementioned study is relevant, because with the rapid development of electronic communication between medical professionals and patients, there is a need to create a regulatory framework that is clearly understandable and meets modern needs for contactless services. The bachelor's thesis consists of the main part, which is divided into chapters and the conclusion of four subsections. The introduction will emphasize the topicality of the topic, define the object and subject of the research, determine the work tasks and put forward the work goals and research questions, as well as certain research methods that will be applied during the development of the work. In the first chapter, the nature of the communication between the medical practitioner and the patient in the electronic environment is analyzed, as well as the legal regulation of the Council of Europe and Latvia. In the second chapter of the bachelor thesis, the author analyzes the patient's right to information and health. In the third chapter, the patient's right to data protection is analyzed, while in the fourth chapter, the problems of the legal regulation of communication between the medical practitioner and the patient in the electronic environment are studied. The conclusion of the bachelor's thesis consists of the conclusions reached during the development of the bachelor's thesis and proposals for the improvement of the regulatory framework for communication between the medical practitioner and the patient in the electronic environment. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the current regulatory regulation of the communication between the treating person and the patient in the electronic environment, to identify problems and recommend solutions for its improvement.
