Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums: “Reaģēšanas nodaļas darbinieka kompetence notikuma vietas apskates nodrošināšanā”

Bakalaura darba mērķis: Izpētīt un izanalizēt Reaģēšanas nodaļas darbinieka un eksperta darbinieka kompetences notikuma vietā to fiksācijas kvalitāti un sniegt priekšlikumus par sertifikāta nepieciešamību Reaģēšanas nodaļas darbiniekam.

Bakalaura darba mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: 1. Izpētīt un izanalizēt Reaģēšanas nodaļas darbinieka kompetences; 2. Izpētīt un izanalizēt Reaģēšanas nodaļas rīcību notikuma vietā uzsākot kriminālprocesu; 3. Izpētīt un izanalizēt iespējamās iespējas, lai Reaģēšanas nodaļas darbinieki būtu ar sertifikātiem, kuri nepieciešami, lai veiktu pēdu fiksācijas, izņemšanas un iepakošanas. Bakalaura darba struktūru veido ievads, kopsavilkums, trīs nodaļas un četras apakšnodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā autors izpētīs notikuma vietas apskates nozīmi un lomu kriminālprocesā. Otrajā nodaļā autors izpētīs reaģēšanas darbinieku pienākumi notikuma vietā uzsākot kriminālprocesu. Trešajā nodaļā autors izpētīs reaģēšanas grupas darbinieku kompetences nodrošināšanā.

Objective of Bachelor’s work: To study and analyse the quality of fixation of the competence of an employee of the Response Department and an expert employee at the scene and to make proposals regarding the need for a certificate in the Response Departments for an employee.

The following tasks have been set to achieve the objective of the study work: 1. To study and analyse the competencies of the Response Department employee; 2. To study and analyse the actions of the Response Unit at the scene in initiating criminal proceedings; 3. To study and analyze possible options for the Response Department staff to have the certificates required to perform foot fixations, removals, and packings. During the development of the bachelor’s paper, the following research methods were used:grammatical method of interpretation: it was applied to the study of the explanation of concepts within the framework of special literature and regulatory enactments; historical method of interpretation: the work was used to analyze the creation of a Reactive Group; systemic method of interpretation: applied in the interpretation of legal norms; teleological method: was applied to the study of normative acts by meaning and essence; modeling was applied to modeling various types of situations; analysis applied to the analysis of situations to be modeled and the development of an algorithm; The descriptive or descriptive method was used when compiling information.

The structure of the bachelor’s paper consists of an introduction, a summary, three chapters and five subsections. In the first chapter, the author will explore the importance and role of the inspection of the scene in criminal proceedings. In the second chapter, the author will explore the duties of reaction workers at the scene when initiating criminal proceedings. In the third chapter, the author will explore response teams in ensuring the competence of employees.
