Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums: “Nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpumu cēloņi un to novēršana” Darba aktualitāte : Pašvaldībās nav vienotu noteikumu prevencijas darbam ar nepilngadīgajiem un esošie prevencijas pasākumi ir nepietiekami Darba mērķis : izpētīt nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpumu novēršanas tiesisko regulējumu, konstatēt tiesiskā regulējuma piemērošanas prakses nepilnības un ieteikt tiesiskā regulējuma pilnveides iespējas Darba uzdevumi ir izpētīt nepilngadīgā jēdzienun un būtiskākos likumpārkāpumus, izpētīt būtiskākos likumpārkāpumu veidošanās cēloņus, izanalizēt prevencijas realizēšanas problemātiku un iespējamos risinājumus Pētījuma izstrādes procesā darba autors veica padziļinātu nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpumu un to cēloņu analīzi, konstatēja esošā tiesiskā regulējuma prakses nepilnības un tika izstrādāti iespējamie risinājumi esošās situācijas uzlabošanai Pētījuma bāze: ar likumpārkāpumu cēloņiem un nepilngadīgo saistītās institūcijas, ar nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpumu cēloņiem saistītie zinātniskie pētījumi un zinātniskie raksti, Eiropas Savienības tiesību akti, Lietuvas un Vācijas tiesību akti, Latvijas tiesību normatīvie akti, tiesu prakse, ar nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpumiem un to cēloņiem saistītā literatūra un interneta avoti Darba kopējais apjoms ir 59. lpp.
