Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums: “Personu meklēšanas aktualitātes Valsts policijas darbā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis: Izpētīt aktuālākās personu meklēšanas kategorijas un izdarīt secinājumus par tiem Bakalaura darba mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: 1. Izpētīt normatīvo regulējumu un literatūras avotus, kas saistīti ar personu meklēšanu; 2. Analizēt personu meklēšanas noteikumus un veikt vēsturisko izpēti. 3. Izpētīt personu meklēšanas pasākumus; 4. Izteikt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus; Bakalaura darba izstrādes laikā tika izmantotas šādas pētniecības metodes: 1. Analītiskā pētījuma metode – tiks pielietota likumu, noteikumu un pieejamās zinātniskās literatūras izpēte par personu meklēšanu. 2. Vēsturiskā pētījuma metode – tiks izpētīts meklēšanas pasākumu kopums, kas tika pielietots personu meklēšanā vēsturiski un novērota tā attīstība līdz mūsdienām. 3. Aprakstošā pētījumu metode- tiks aprakstīta informācija par meklēšanā esošajām personām 4. Loģiski konstruktīvā pētījuma metode – tiks izteikti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darbs kopumā sastāv no 56 lappusēm. Darbā izmantoti literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiks aplūkoti vēsturiskie meklēšanas pasākumi, kuri nodrošināja personu meklēšanu Otrajā nodaļā tiks aplūkota, uz doto brīdi esošo, personu meklēšanas noteikumu būtība. Trešajā nodaļā tiks aplūkoti gadījumi bezvēsts prombūtnē esošu personu meklēšanā un izdarīti secinājumi par šo gadījumu atklāšanu. Darba nobeigumā – secinājumos tiks apkopota iegūtā informācija par bakalaura darba izstrādes gaitā iegūtajām atziņām darba autores izvēlētajā tēmā un par to izdarīti secinājumi, kā arī tiks piedāvāti iespējamie risinājumi, konstatēto problēmu risināšanā

The title of the Bachelor’s work: “Actualities of searching for persons in the work of the State Police”. The purporse of the Bachelor’s work: Explore the most relevant categories of personal searches and draw conclusions about them The following tasks have been assigned for achieving the purpose of the Bachelor's work: 1. Study the regulatory framework and literature sources related to the search for persons; 2. Analyze the rules for searching persons and perform historical research. 3. Investigate measures to search for persons; 4. Express conclusions and develop proposals; The following research methods were used during the development of the bachelor's thesis: 1. Analytical research method – the study of laws, regulations and available scientific literature on searching for persons will be applied. 2. Historical research method – a set of search measures that were used in the search for persons historically will be studied and its development observed until today. 3. Descriptive research method_ the information about the wanted persons will be described 4. Logically constructive research method - conclusions and proposals will be expressed. The bachelor thesis consists of 56 pages in total. Literature and information sources are used in the work. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter will examine the historical search measures that ensured the search of persons. The second chapter will examine the nature of the current regulations for the search of persons. In the third chapter, cases of searching for missing persons will be considered and conclusions will be drawn about the detection of these cases. In the conclusion of the work will be summarize the information obtained during the development of the bachelor's thesis in the topic chosen by the author of the thesis and draw conclusions about it, as well as offer possible solutions for solving the identified problems
