Administratīvā atbildība par agresīvu pret citu personu vērstu uzvedību

Abstract

Autores bakalaura darba tēma ir „Administratīvā atbildība par agresīvu pret citu personu vērstu uzvedību”. Bakalaura darba mērķis: Izanalizējot normatīvo regulējumu, kas paredz administratīvo atbildību par agresīvu pret citu personu vērstu uzvedību, un tā piemērošanas praksi, noskaidrot iespējamās problēmas un ieteikt risinājumus, lai tās novērstu. Bakalaura darba izvirzītie uzdevumi: 1. Izpētīt administratīvā pārkāpuma procesa jēdzienu skaidrojumu un to nozīmi; 2. Noskaidrot kāda atbildība paredzēta par agresīvu personu uzvedību, tai skaitā draudu izteikšanu personai un tās vajāšana. 3. Secināt un izvirzīt priekšlikumus bakalaura darba tēmai „Administratīvā atbildība par agresīvu pret citu personu vērstu uzvedību”. Bakalaura darba struktūra: 1. Pret personu vērstas agresīvas uzvedības jēdziens un būtība. 2. Tiesiskie un praktiskie aspekti administratīvā pārkāpuma procesā par agresīvu pret citu personu vērstu uzvedību. 3. Administratīvās un kriminālatbildības nošķiršana lietās par agresīvu pret citu personu vērstu uzvedību. Pētījuma priekšmets: Latvijas Republikas normatīvajos aktos noteiktais tiesiskais regulējums, kas nosaka atbildību par agresīvu uzvedību pret citu personu. Bakalaura darbā izmantotās pētīšanas metodes: Analītiskā, deduktīvā, salīdzinošā un vēsturiskā metode. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 61 lpp un 55 literatūras avotiem.

The concept and essence of aggressive behavior directed against another person. 2. Legal and practical aspects in the process of an administrative violation for aggressive behavior directed to another person. 3. Separation of administrative and criminal liability in cases of aggressive behavior directed to another person. Research subject: the legal regulations that determines responsibility for aggressive behavior towards another person. Research methods used in the bachelor thesis: Analytical, deductive, comparative and historical method. The bachelor's thesis consists of 3 chapters, 61 pages and 55 literature sources.
