Abstract

Anotācija Bakalaura darbs “Sieviešu viedoklis par epidurālās anestēzijas izmantošanu dzemdībās”. Pētījumā ietvaros pētīts sieviešu viedokli par epidurālās analgēzijas izmantošanu dzemdībās un to, kā mainās viņu viedoklis par dzemdībām. Pētījums atklās sieviešu dzemdību pieredzi un viedokli par epidurālas analgēzijas izmantošanu dzemdības. Tāpat noskaidrots, vai un kā mainās sieviešu viedoklis, izmantojot un neizmantojot epidurālo analgēziju, vai atšķiras dzemdību pieredze un vai mainījās viedoklis pirms un pēc dzemdībām ar epidurālo analgēziju un bez tās. Pētījuma mērķis. Noskaidrot sieviešu viedokli par epidurālās anestēzijas izmantošanu dzemdībās. Pētījuma metodes raksturojums. Kvantitatīvs, neeksperimentāls, šķērsgriezuma, salīdzinošs pētījums. Pētījumā piedalījās 174 respondenti - nedēļnieces agrīnā pēcdzemdību periodā. No tiem 89 sievietes izmantoja epidurālo analgēziju un 85 neizmantoja epidurālo analgēziju. Galvenie pētījuma rezultāti un secinājumi. Galvenais pētījuma rezultāts secina, ka sieviešu viedokļi par dzemdībām atšķiras. Pētījumā tika konstatēts, ka tās sievietes, kuras savās dzemdībās pieņēma lēmumu dzemdību sāpes remdēt ar epidurālās analgēzijas palīdzību savas dzemdības viedoklis par dzmedību norisi, neatšķirās, no tām sievietēm, kuras neizmantoja epidurālo analgēziju. Iegūto rezultātu praktiskais pielietojums. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 83 lappasspusēm, 15 attēliem, 8 tabulam un 39 pielikuma lapaspusēm. Literatūras analīzei izmantots 46 zinātniskie literatūras avoti.

Abstract “Women's opinion on the use of epidural anesthesia in childbirth". The study explores women's views on the use of epidural analgesia in childbirth and how their views on childbirth change. It has also been clarified whether and how women's opinions change through and without the use of epidural analgesia, whether there is a difference in the experience of childbirth, and whether there was a change in opinion before and after childbirth with and without epidural analgesia. Quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, comparative study. 174 respondents - week-old women in the early postpartum period participated in the study.
