Bērnu vecāku un ārstniecības personu viedoklis par bērnu vajadzībām ergoterapijā bērnu paliatīvās aprūpes pakalpojumā

Abstract

Pētījuma nosaukums: “Bērnu vecāku un ārstniecības personu viedoklis par bērnu vajadzībām ergoterapijā bērnu paliatīvās aprūpes pakalpojumā”. Aktualitāte: Latvijā, 2019. gada vienpadsmit mēnešos, paliatīvās aprūpes pakalpojumu saņēmuši ap 280 bērnu (Veselības ministrija, 2020). BKUS Paliatīvās aprūpes kabineta 2020. gada uzskaitē bija ap 350 aprūpējamo ģimeņu (Ministru kabinets, 2020). Bērnu paliatīvajā aprūpē tiek izmantotas arī ergoterapijas tehnoloģijas, kur nepieciešamības gadījumos, multidisciplinārā komandā papildus var tikt pieaicināti ergoterapeiti (Bērnu paliatīvās aprūpes biedrība, 2012). Lai nodrošinātu ģimenes un bērna vajadzību apmierināšanu, multidisciplinārās komandas pieaicinātais ergoterapeits var sniegt atbalstu tehnisko palīglīdzekļu jautājumos un ar spēles un rekreācijas metodēm, veicināt bērna komunikāciju par piedzīvoto un sajūtām (Nacionālais veselības dienests, 2020). Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot un apkopot bērnu, kuri saņem bērnu paliatīvās aprūpes pakalpojumu, vajadzības ergoterapijā. Pētījuma jautājums: Kādas ir bērnu vajadzības ergoterapijā, kuri saņem bērnu paliatīvās aprūpes pakalpojumu? Pētījuma dizains: kvalitatīvs pētījums Pētījuma dalībnieki: astoņi bērnu vecāki, kuru bērniem ir piešķirts paliatīvās aprūpes pakalpojums un to saņem biedrībā “Dižvanagi” un četras ārstniecības personas, kas strādā bērnu paliatīvās aprūpes nozarē vai pediatrijā Procedūra un datu analīze: dati tika iegūti no divām fokusgrupām, kur grupu audioieraksti tika pārveidoti transkriptā. Transkriptā iegūtie dati tika analizēti, izmantojot induktīvo metodi, kur no iegūtajiem datiem izveidots apkopojums pētījuma rezultātu analīzei. Pētījuma rezultāti: izteiktākās bērnu vajadzības ir pašaprūpes, produktivitātes un spēles aktivitāšu modificēšanā, tehnisko palīglīdzekļu lietošanas apgūšanā un aprūpētāju apmācībā. Secinājumi: ergoterapijas pakalpojumi ir nepieciešami bērniem, kuri saņem bērnu paliatīvās aprūpes pakalpojumu, lai veicinātu iesaisti jēgpilnās ikdienas aktivitātēs. Title of the study: The opinion of children’s parents and medical persons about the needs of children in occupational therapy in paediatric care Topicality: In Latvia, in the eleven months of 2019, around 280 children received palliative care services (Ministry of Health, 2020). In 2020, there were around 350 families under care in the records of the Palliative care cabinet of Children’s Clinical University Hospital (Cabinet of Ministers, 2020). Occupational therapy technologies are also used in children's palliative care, where, in case of need, occupational therapists can be invited to the multidisciplinary team (Children's palliative care association, 2012). To ensure that the needs of the family and the child are met, the occupational therapist who is invited by the multidisciplinary team, can provide support in matters of technical aids, play and recreation methods, and promote the child's communication about the experiences and feelings (National Health Service, 2020). The aim of the study: Identify and summarize the needs of children receiving paediatric palliative care in occupational therapy. The question of the study: What are the needs of children in occupational therapy who recieve a paediatric palliative care service? The design of the study: qualitative studies Participants: eight parents of children whose children have been assigned a palliative care service and receive it at the association "Dižvanagi" and four medical persons who are working in the field of children's palliative care or paediatrics Procedure and data analysis: data were obtained from two focus groups where audio recordings of these groups were transcribed. The data obtained in the transcript were analyzed using the inductive method, where a summary was created from the obtained data for the analysis. Results: the most pronounced needs of children are in modifying self-care, productivity and play activities, learning to use technical aids and training caregivers. Conclusions: occupational therapy services are needed for children receiving pediatric palliative care services to promote engagement in meaningful daily activities.
