Pacienta subjektīvo simptomu kontrolsaraksta latviskā tulkojuma ticamības pārbaude pacientiem pēc galvas un kakla audzēja ķirurģiskas ārstēšanas

Abstract

Darba nosaukums: Pacienta subjektīvo simptomu kontrolsaraksta latviskā tulkojuma ticamības pārbaude pacientiem pēc galvas un kakla audzēja ķirurģiskas ārstēšanas. Pētījuma problēma: Latviešu valodā nav pieejams instruments, ko izmantot pacientu subjektīvo simptomu novērtēšanai pēc galvas un kakla audzēja ķirurģiskas ārstēšanas. Darba mērķis: Tulkot Pacienta subjektīvo simptomu kontrolsaraksts (PCI-HaNC-PT) latviešu valodā un izpētīt latviskā tulkojuma ticamību pacientiem pēc galvas un kakla audzēja ķirurģiskas operācijas. Pētījuma metodes: Kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls pētījums, datu statistiskā analīze. Pētījuma instruments: instrumenta PCI-HaNC-PT latviskā tulkojuma versija. Pētījuma dalībnieki: pacienti no Rīgas Austrumu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas Latvijas Onkoloģijas centra Galvas un kakla ķirurģijas nodaļas. Pētījuma rezultāti: Maknemāra testā iegūtā p-vērtība apgalvojumiem ir robežās no 0,250 līdz > 0,999. Tika aprēķināts, ka vidēji p = 0,911. Anketas saprotamības pirmreizējais tests uzrādīja, ka no 73 apgalvojumiem 66 tika vērtēti kā saprotami vai pilnībā saprotami, atkārtotajā testā tā vērtēti tika 58 apgalvojumi. Secinājumi: Kontrolsaraksta tulkojuma ticamības rādītāji ir vērtējami kā labi, jo atšķirības starp testa un retesta grupām ir statistiski nenozīmīgas (vidēji p = 0,911). Balstoties uz respondentu un ekspertu komitejas subjektīvo viedokli, kontrolsarakstā iekļautie apgalvojumi ir vērtējami kā saprotami. Nepieciešams turpināt veikt pētījumu, tajā iesaistot vairāk dalībnieku. Lai rezultātus varētu salīdzināt ar citiem pētījumiem, turpmāk nepieciešams iegūt ar veselību saistītās dzīves kvalitātes datus.

Title of the thesis: Reliability verification of the Latvian version of the Patient Concerns Inventory in patients after surgical treatment of head and neck cancer. The problem being studied: There is no tool available in Latvian to be used for the assessment of subjective symptoms of patients after surgical treatment of head and neck cancer. Aim of the study: To translate the PCI-HaNC-PT into Latvian and to test the reliability of the Latvian translation in patients after head and neck cancer surgical treatment. Research methods: Quantitative nonexperimental research, statistical analysis of data. Research tool: Latvian version of PCI-HaNC-PT evaluation tool. Research participants: patients of the Head and Neck Surgery Unit, Latvian Oncology Centre, Riga East Clinical University Hospital. Results: The p-values for the statements obtained in the McNemar test range from 0.250 to > 0.999. The average p = 0.911 was calculated. The first test of the comprehensibility of the questionnaire showed that 66 out of 73 statements were rated as intelligible or fully intelligible, and 58 statements were so rated in the retest. Conclusions: The translation reliability indicators of the checklist can be assessed as sufficient, as the differences between the test and retest groups are statistically insignificant (average p = 0.911). Based on the subjective opinion of the respondents and the expert committee, the statements included in the checklist are understandable. It is necessary to continue conducting the research, involving more participants. In order to be able to compare the results with other studies, it is necessary to obtain health-related quality of life data in the future.
