Māsu grūtības hemodialīžu pacientu aprūpē un to novēršana

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt māsas darba stāža saistību ar hemodialīžu pacientu aprūpes grūtību biežumu, un to novēršanu un pētījuma hipotēze - māsas, ar mazāku stāžu, biežāk saskarās ar grūtībām hemodialīžu pacientu aprūpē. Darba ietvaros tika veikts kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls pētījums – salīdzinošs šķērsgriezuma pētījums. Darbā tika izmantots instruments – anketa, pētījuma datu ievākšanas nolūkos. Dati fiksēti MS Excel programmā un datu analīzei tika izmantota IBM SPSS programma. Tika anketētas 45 māsas un izmantotas 45 anketas. Māsu darba stāžs hemodialīžu nodaļā tika iedalīts 2 grupās. Rezultāti apstiprināja pētījuma hipotēzi, visos jautājumos grupa virs 5 gadiem sniedza zemākus rādītājus, kas norādīja uz mazāku saskarsmi ar grūtībām hemodialīžu pacientu aprūpē. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no anotācijas, satura, ievada, literatūras apskata, pētniecības daļas, rezultātiem, to analīzes un secinājumiem, diskusija, izmantoto literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Darbā ir ievietotas 8 tabulas, 3 grafiki un 3 attēli izmantoti 27 literatūras avoti. Darbs sastāv no 46 lapaspusēm, neskaitot pielikumus.

The aim of the study is to explore the relationship between nurses' work experience and the frequency of difficulties in the care of hemodialysis patients, as well as their prevention. The research hypothesis states that nurses with less experience are more likely to encounter difficulties in the care of hemodialysis patients. A quantitative non-experimental comparative cross-sectional study was conducted for this purpose. A questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument. The data were recorded in MS Excel, and IBM SPSS was used for data analysis. A total of 45 nurses were surveyed, and 45 questionnaires were included in the analysis. Nurses' work experience in the hemodialysis department was divided into two groups. The results confirmed the research hypothesis, as the group with more than 5 years of experience consistently exhibited lower indicators, indicating less encounter with difficulties in the care of hemodialysis patients. The bachelor's thesis consists of an abstract, table of contents, introduction, literature review, research section, results, their analysis and conclusions, discussion, bibliography, and appendices. The thesis includes 8 tables, 3 graphs and 3 figures and references 27 literature sources. The thesis comprises 46 pages, excluding the appendices.
