Māsu attieksme par māsu profesionālo pilnveidi atkarībā no vecuma, noslogojuma un darba stāža

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot māsu attieksmi par māsu profesionālo pilnveidi saistībā ar vecumu, noslogojumu un darba stāžu. Viens no faktoriem, kas veido kvalitatīva aprūpes speciālista tēlu un nosaka lietpratības līmeni profesijā, ir profesionālo iemaņu un zināšanu papildināšana mūža garumā. Nereti tiek novērotas problēmas, kas saistītas ar māsu vēlmi iesaistīties profesionālajā pilnveidē. Kā arī zinātniskajā literatūrā nepietiekami tiek atspoguļots māsu personīgais viedoklis par profesionālo pilnveidi. Pētījumā dalību veica 133 māsas no trīs dažādām slimnīcām un 3 nodaļām katrā slimnīcā (n=133). Pētījuma realizēšanā tika izmantota aptauja, kas balstās uz Austrālijā izstrādātu un izmantotu NATPGE instrumentu. Māsu attieksme tika novērota ar pozitīvu pārsvaru, novērota vāja saistība starp māsu viedokli un demogrāfiskajiem rādītājiem. Darbs sastāv no 36lpp., 4 tabulām un 2 grafikiem, 6 pielikumiem un 24 zinātniskās literatūras avotiem.

The aim of this study was to explore nurse attitude of nurse postgraduate professional development education related to age, workload, and work experience. Some of the factors that form the image of an outstanding specialist and determine the level of proficiency in nursing are professional skills development and knowledge gain throughout life. However, nurse willingness to participate in postgraduate professional development education is often observed as problematic. Additionally, scientific literature incompletely reflects the personal opinions of nurses on postgraduate professional development education. 133 nurses from three different hospitals and 3 departments (n=133) participated in this study. A survey based on the NATPGE instrument, developed in Australia, was used. Nurse attitude was measured as overall positive, a weak corelation between the nurse attitude and demographic factors was observed. The study consists of 36 pages, 4 tables, 2 graphics, 6 appendices and 24 scientific literature sources.
