Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Pacientu apmierinātība ar māsas sniegto aprūpes kvalitāti ķirurģijas un iekšķīgo slimību nodaļā. Pētījuma aktualitāte: Pacienti mēdz sūdzēties par aprūpes kvalitāti dažādās nodaļās. Autore uzskata, ka pētījums ir nepieciešams, jo māsa ir galvenais aprūpes sniedzējs sakarā ar pacientu aprūpi un viena no svarīgākajām pieejām ir pētīt pacientu aprūpi. Runājot par pētījuma nozīmi profesijā, var apgalvot, ka pacients tiek izvirzīts veselības aprūpes sistēmas centrā, jo pacienti ir neatņemama sistēmas daļa, un tādēļ to iesaiste veselības aprūpes sistēmas kvalitātes pilnveidošanā ir ļoti būtiska. Pētījuma hipotēze: Pacientu apmierinātība ar māsas sniegto aprūpes kvalitāti būtiski neatšķiras ķirurģijas un iekšķīgo slimību nodaļās. Pētījuma mērķis: Salīdzināt pacientu apmierinātību ar māsas sniegto aprūpes kvalitāti ķirurģijas un iekšķīgo slimību nodaļās un izstrādāt rekomendācijas pacientu apmierinātības uzlabošanai. Pētījuma rezultāti: Pētījuma ietvaros apstiprinājās izvirzītā hipotēze - pacientu apmierinātība ar māsas sniegto aprūpes kvalitāti būtiski neatšķiras ķirurģijas un iekšķīgo slimību nodaļās. Abu nodaļu pacienti norādīja uz līdzīgām problēmām nodaļās. Pētījuma ietvaros tika sasniegts pētījuma mērķis. Tika salīdzināta pacientu apmierinātība ar māsu sniegto aprūpes kvalitāti ķirurģijas un iekšķīgo slimību nodaļās, kā arī tika izstrādātas rekomendācijas pacientu apmierinātības uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbs satur 44 lpp bez pielikumiem, 1 tabulas un 11 attēlus. Darba tapšanā tika izmantots 30 literatūras avoti.

Research hypothesis: Patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing care does not differ significantly in surgery and internal medicine departments. The purpose of the study: To compare patient satisfaction with the quality of care provided by nurses in surgery and internal medicine departments and develop recommendations for improving patient satisfaction. Results of the study: Within the framework of the study, the proposed hypothesis was confirmed - patients' satisfaction with the quality of care provided by nurses does not differ significantly in the departments of surgery and internal medicine. Patients in both departments indicated similar problems in the departments. The aim of the study was achieved within the framework of the study. Patient satisfaction was compared with the quality of care provided by nurses in the departments of surgery and internal medicine, and recommendations for improving patient satisfaction were developed. The bachelor's thesis contains 44 pages without appendices, 1 table and 11 images. 30 sources of literature were used in the creation of the work.
