Darba vide un māsu emocionālā labizjūta X reģionālās slimnīcas intensīvās terapijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darba vide un māsu emocionālā labizjūta X reģionālās slimnīcas intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Gan darba vide, gan pats darba veids būtiski ietekmē strādājošo veselību un labklājību. Intensīvās terapijas nodaļa ir izaicinoša, sarežģīta un dinamiska darba vide, kas prasa lielu gan fizisko, gan emocionālo atdevi. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot darba vides saistību ar māsas emocionālo labizjūtu X reģionālās slimnīcas intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētījuma hipotēze: Pastāv saistība starp darba vidi un māsu emocionālo labizjūtu X reģionālās slimnīcas intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskā daļā tiek paskaidrota darba vide, darba vides ietekmējošie faktori, paskaidrota pozitīva un negatīva darba vide. Paskaidrots jēdziens labizjūta, emocionālā labizjūta , māsu labizjūta, kā arī aprakstīta darba vide intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētījuma praktiskā daļā tiek apkopoti rezultāti no iegūtajām pašvērtējuma anketām. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīva korelatīvā jeb saistību metode ar pētījuma instrumentu pašvērtējuma aptauju. Aptauju aizpildīja 45 X reģionālās slimnīcas intensīvā aprūpē strādājošas māsas, kas ietver: jaundzimušo intensīvo terapiju, reanimācija un intensīvās terapijas nodaļu, neiroloģijas nodaļas intensīvās terapijas palātu, neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības intensīvo palātu.

The theme of the bachelor’s thesis is “Work environment and nurse emotional well being in the X regional hospital Intensive care unit”. Work environment and the type of work itself affect the health and well being of workers. The Intensive care unit is challenging, complicated and dynamic work environment, which requires a big physical and emotional commitment. The objective of the study is to find commitment between the work environment and nurse well being in the X regional hospital intensive care unit. The hypothesis of the study is that exist a commitment between the work environment and nurse well being in the X regional hospital intensive care unit. The bachelor thesis consist of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains the work environment, factors that affecting the work environment, explains positive and negative work environment. Explenation of well being, emotional well being, nurse emotional well being. In the practical part the results from the obtained self- assessment questionnaires are collected. The study used a quantitative correlative method with a self- assessment survey as a research instrument. The survey was completed by 45 nurses working in the X regional hospital Intensive care unit, which includes: neonatal intensive care, resuscitation and intensive care, neurology department intensive care unit, emergency medical care intensive unit.
