II tipa cukura diabēta pacientu zināšanas un ieradumi saistīti ar veselīgu dzīvesveidu pirms un pēc diagnozes noteikšanas

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot un analizēt II tipa cukura diabēta pacientu zināšanas un ieradumus saistītus ar veselīgu dzīvesveidu pirms un pēc diagnozes noteikšanas. Pētījuma hipotēze ir II tipa cukura diabēta pacientiem izmainījās ieradumi saistīti ar veselīgu dzīvesveidu pēc diagnozes noteikšanas. Darba autore izmantoja pašizstrādātu instrumentāriju – anketu. Tajā ietilpst 24 jautājumi, vairākums no tiem ir veidoti tā, lai varētu savstarpēji salīdzināt iegūtus rezultātus. Mērķauditorijā esošie pacienti no 20 līdz 40 gadiem, kuriem II tipa cukura diabēts ir noteikts pēdējā pusgada laikā. Respondentu skaits sastādījis 117 pacienti. Hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies, jo pacientu ieradumi ir izmainījušies, tas tika pārbaudīts izmantojot atkarīgo izlašu T- testu, Vilkoksona rangu testu, Maknemāra testu un Microsoft Excel programmu. Vidējais ĶMI tika samazināts, bet palika lieka svara robežās. Vidēji rādītāji par kaitīgiem ieradumiem tika ierobežoti. Uzturs pacientiem kļūva veselīgāks. Pacientu zināšanas ir apmierinošas. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 40 lappuses skaitot līdz pielikumiem, 4 pielikumi, 3 tabulas, 10 attēli. Izmanotatās literatūras daudzums ir 51 avots.

The purpose of the study was to find out and analyze the knowledge and habits of Type II diabetes patients related to a healthy lifestyle before and after diagnosis. The hypothesis of the study is that in Type II diabetes patients changed habits associated with a healthy lifestyle after diagnosis. The author of the work used a self – made questionnaire. It includes 24 questions, most of them are designed in such a way that the results obtained can be compared with each other. Target audience existing patients from 20 to 40 years, in whom type II diabetes is prescribed in the last half a year. The number of respondents amounted to 117 patients. The hypothesis has been confirmed because the habits of the patients have changed, it was tested using the dependent sample T - test, the Wilcoxone ranking test, the McNemar test and the Microsoft Excel program. The average BMI was reduced, but remained within the limits of excess weight. On average, indicators of bad habits were limited. Nutrition of patients became healthier. Patient knowledge is satisfactory. The volume of The Bachelor's thesis is 40 pages counting to annexes, 4 annexes, 3 tables, 10 pictures. The amount of literature used are 51 sources.
