Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „ Psihoaktīvo vielu lietošanas pieredze un to ietekmējošie faktori praktizējošām māsām”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka māsu darbā ir daudz riska faktoru, tādi kā stress, trauksme, nogurums, muguras sāpes u.c., kas var novest pie psihoaktīvo vielu lietošanu. Ņemot vērā risku, ir svarīgi savlaicīgi atpazīt riska faktorus, lai psihoaktīvo vielu lietošanas izplatība māsu vidū būtu mazāka. Bakalaura darba mērķis: noskaidrot un salīdzināt psihoaktīvo vielu lietošanas pieredzi un to ietekmējošos faktorus praktizējošām māsām. Pētījuma realizācijai tika izmantota anketēšana. Tā ir darba autores izstrādāta anketa, dati tika analizēti izmantojot aprakstošo un salīdzinošo statistiku. Pētījuma dizains-kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls salīdzinošs šķērsgriezuma pētījums. Veicot salīdzinājumu starp māsām ar darba stāžu līdz 10 gadiem un māsām ar darba stāžu virs 10 gadiem, tika atklāts, ka māsas ar darba stāžu virs 10 gadiem lieto mazāk psihoaktīvo vielu. Veiktais pētījums kopumā ļauj secināt, ka pētījumā izvirzīta hipotēze “Psihoaktīvo vielu lietošanas pieredze māsām ar darba stāžu līdz 10 gadiem un māsām ar darba stāžu virs 10 gadiem atšķiras un to nosaka dažādi faktori” ir apstiprināta. Māsas ar darba stāžu mazāk par 10 gadiem biežāk lieto tabakas izstrādājumus, alkoholu un kaņepes. Bakalaura darbā ir 2 tabulas un 17 attēli, izmantots 51 literatūras avots. Darba apjoms bez pielikumiem ir 41 lapaspuse, 3 pielikumi.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Experience of using psychoactive substances and the factors influencing it for practicing nurses". The topicality of the topic is determined by the fact that there are many risk in nursing work, such as stress, anxiety, fatigue, back pain, etc., which can lead to the use of psychoactive substances. Considering the risk, it is important to recognize risk factors in time so that the prevalence of psychoactive substance use among nurses is lower. The purpose of the bachelor's work: to find out and compare the experience of using psychoactive substances and the factors influencing it for practicing nurses. Questionnaire was used for the realization of the research. It is a questionnaire developed by the author, the data was analyzed using descriptive and comparative statistics. Study design - non experimental quantitative comparative cross-section study. When comparing nurses with up to 10 years of work experience and nurses with more than 10 years of work experience, it was found that nurses with more than 10 work experience use less psychoactive substances. The conducted study allows us to conclude that the hypothesis put forward in the study "The experience of using psychoactive substances for nurses with up to 10 years of work experience and nurses with more than 10 years of work experience differs and is determined by various factors" is confirmed. Nurses with less than 10 years of experience use tobacco products, alcohol and cannabis more often.
