Sociālpedagoģiskā preventīvā darbība pusaudžu agrīnas grūtniecības risku mazināšanā

Abstract

Viena no lielākajām mūsdienu globālajām problēmām ir pusaudžu agrīna grūtniecība. Tādā vai citādā mērā tā piemīt visām valstīm bez izņēmumiem, šī problēma skar ne tikai pusaudzi, bet arī viņa piedzimušo bērnu, tuvāko apkārtni, ģimeni un valsti. Nozīmīgu lomu šīs problēmas risināšanā spēlē preventīvā sociālpedagoģiskā darbība, kuras mērķis ir novērst lielas dzīves problēmas un novērst vai mazināt to ietekmi uz sociālo veselību. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt pusaudžu agrīnas grūtniecības riska faktorus un sociālpedagoģiskās darbības saturu pusaudžu agrīnas grūtniecības prevencē. Lai sasniegtu uzstādīto mērķi, tika izmantota kvalitatīvā metode – daļēji strukturēta intervija ar 10 respondentiem un teorētiskās izpētes metode – zinātnisko rakstu, zinātniskās literatūras analīze un izpēte. Tika pētīti zinātniskie raksti, pedagoģijas un socioloģijas mācību grāmatas, metodiskie materiāli un vadlīnijas, kas ir saistīti ar sociālpedagoģisko darbību un prevenciju, raksturo tās uzdevumus, mērķus, funkcijas un metodes. Pēc teorētiskās daļas izpētes tika veikti secinājumi, kas balstās uz visu izpētīto teorētisko materiālu darba ietvaros. Bakalaura teorētiskā daļa sastāv no divām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā pusaudžu agrīnas grūtniecības ietekmējošie riska faktori (cēloņi) un sekas, ir aprakstītas riska faktori, kas var veicināt pusaudžu agrīnu grūtniecību, sekas un problēmas, ar kurām saskaras un kā tās ietekmē turpmāko dzīvi. Turklāt pievērsta uzmanība pusaudžu biopsihosociālajām portretam un vecumposma raksturojumam, ar mērķi noskaidrot, kas notiek ar pusaudžiem tajā laika periodā, ar kādiem izaicinājumiem viņi saskaras un kāpēc šis periods ir tik svarīgs katra cilvēka dzīvē. Otrā nodaļa veltīta preventīvās sociālpedagoģiskās darbības saturam pusaudžu agrīnās grūtniecības mazināšanā, šajā nodaļa teorētiski aprakstīta sociālpedagoģiskā darbība un tās būtība, apskatīta sociālpedagoģiskā darbība profesijas standartā, izpētīta preventīvā darbība, tās uzdevumi, funkcijas un mērķi, kā arī teorētiski iezīmēts darbības saturs agrīnās grūtniecības mazināšanā. Darbs satur 60 lapas un 78 literatūras avotu. Pētnieciskajā daļā ir atspoguļoti rezultāti, kas tika iegūti, veicot daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar 10 speciālistiem, kuri veic sociālpedagoģisko darbību ar pusaudžiem. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot pusaudžu agrīnas grūtniecības riska faktorus un sociālpedagoģiskās darbības saturu pusaudžu agrīnas grūtniecības prevencē. Darba nobeigumā autore veica secinājumus un izstrādāja ieteikumus.

One of the biggest global problems today remains early pregnancy. To one degree or another, it affects all countries without exception, a problem that affects not only the teenager, but also his or her child, immediate surroundings, family, and the country. Preventive socio-pedagogical activities, which aim is to prevent major life problems and prevent or reduce their impact on social health, play an important role in solving this problem. The aim of this study was to investigate the risk factors for early teenage pregnancy and the content of socio-educational activities in the prevention of early teenage pregnancy. To achieve the aim, the qualitative method was used - semi-structured interview with 10 respondents and theoretical research method - analysis and research of scientific articles, scientific literature. Scientific articles, textbooks of pedagogy and sociology, methodological materials and guidelines related to socio-pedagogical activity and prevention, describing its tasks, goals, functions, and methods were studied. The theoretical part of the bachelor's degree consists of two chapters. The first chapter describes the risk factors (causes) and consequences of adolescent early pregnancy and describes the risk factors that may contribute to adolescent early pregnancy, the consequences, and problems they face and how they affect their future lives. In addition, attention is paid to the biopsychosocial portraits and age characteristics of adolescents, to find out what happens to adolescents in the period, what challenges they face and why this period is so important in every person's life. The second chapter is devoted to the content of preventive social pedagogical activity in reducing early pregnancy, this chapter theoretically describes social pedagogical activity and its essence, discusses social pedagogical activity in the professional standard, research preventive activity, its tasks, functions, and goals. The work contains 60 pages and 78 literature sources. The research part presents the results of semi-structured interviews with 10 professionals who work with adolescents in the field of socio-education. The aim of the study was to identify the risk factors for early teenage pregnancy and the content of socio-pedagogical activities in the prevention of early teenage pregnancy. At the end of the work, the author made conclusions and recommendations.
