Pacientu līdzestība medikamentu lietošanā bērnu psihiatrijas nodaļā

Abstract

Garīgās veselības problēmas bērnu vecumā ir plaši izplatītas visā pasaulē, tāpēc aprūpes specialistiem ir jāprot nodrošināt nepieciešamo aprūpi tā, lai pacienti spētu augt un attīstīties pilnvērtīgi. Garīgās veselības aprūpes māsām ir svarīgi veidot kontaktu ar pacientu stacionāra vidē, kā arī sadarboties ar visu multidisciplināro komandu. Lai uzsāktu medikamentozo terapiju stacionārā pacients ar psihiskās veselības diagnozi spēj reaģēt dažādi, tāpēc māsām ir jābūt gatavām, ka pacienta stāvoklis var būt neparedzams un izmainīts. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot bērnu psihiatrijas māsu pieredzi par pacientu līdzestību medikamentu lietošanā. Pētījumā piedalījās bērnu psihiatrijas māsas n=52, strādājošas stacionāra vidē, četrās dažādās veselības iestādēs. Tika noskaidrota pacientu līdzestība medikamentu lietošana atkarīgi no pacienta vecuma un dzimuma. Tiek sniegts ieskats par bērnu psihiatrijas pacientu sadarbību ar māsu. Pētījuma secinājumos tika noskaidrots, ka pacienti vecuma grupā no 11 līdz 18 gadu vecumam ir līdzestīgāki un vīriešu dzimuma pacienti ar māsu sadarbojas labāk, nekā sieviešu dzimuma pacienti. Iegūtie dati sniedz ieskatu par nepieciešamību pilnveidot psihiatrijas māsu zināšanas komunikāciju jomā ar bērniem. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 48 lapaspusēm bez pielikuma, anotācijas, satura, ievada, literatūras apskata, rezultātiem, diskusijas daļas, secinājumiem, izmantoto informatīvo avotu saraksta, pielikumiem, 7 attēliem, 3 tabulām.

Mental health problems in children are widespread all over the world, so care professionals must be able to provide the necessary care so that patients can grow and develop fully. It is important for mental health nurses to establish contact with the patient in the inpatient setting, as well as to collaborate with the entire multidisciplinary team. In order to start medical treatment, an inpatient with a diagnosis of mental health can react differently, so nurses must be prepared that the patient's condition can be unpredictable and change. The aim of this study is to find out the experience of child psychiatric nurses regarding patients' participation in medication use. In the study, children's psychiatric nurses n=52, employed in an inpatient setting, in four different health institutions. It was determined whether the patients used medication depending on the patient's age and gender. An insight into the cooperation of child psychiatric patients with home is provided. In the study, it was found that in the age group of patients from 11 to 18 years of age, they are more cooperative and male patients cooperate with the nurse better than female patients. The obtained data provide an insight into the need to improve the knowledge of psychiatric nurses in the field of communication with children.
