Dzīvesveida aspekti pacientiem ar 2.tipa cukura diabētu

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs par tematu “Dzīvesveida aspekti pacientiem ar 2.tipa cukura diabētu” izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot dzīvesveida aspektus pacientiem ar 2.tipa cukura diabētu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika izpētīta un izanalizēta zinātniskā literatūra, kā arī tādas tēmas, kā otrā tipa cukura diabēts, ārstēšana un profilakse, kā arī izpētīti tādi dzīves aspekti, kā uzturs, smēķēšana, alkohols un fiziskās slodzes. Otrajā bakalaura darba daļā tika aprakstīti un izanalizēti dati pēc veiktās anketēšanas. Bakalaura darba hipotēze “Vīriešiem un sievietēm ar 2.tipa cukura diabētu pastāv dzīvesveida aspektu atšķirības”. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode – neeksperimentālais šķērsgriezuma salīdzinošais pētījums. Pētījums tika veikts ar anketēšanas palīdzību, kas sastāvēja no 19 jautājumiem, kurā piedalījās 372 respondenti. Iegūtie dati parādīja, ka starp vīriešiem un sievietēm tiešām ir atšķirības alkohola lietošanā, uzturā un fiziskajās aktivitātēs. Šajā darbā izmantotas 15 tabulas, 10 zīmējumi, 45 literatūras avoti. Darbs uzrakstīts uz 34 lapām.

Bachelor thesis “Lifestyle aspects of patients with type 2 diabetes” is written to learn about the life aspects of patients with type 2 diabetes. In the theoretical part, scientific literature was reviewed and analysed on topics such as type 2 diabetes, treatment of type 2 diabetes, diagnosis and prevention of type 2 diabetes, as well as life aspects such as diet, smoking, exercise and alcohol. The second part of the bachelor thesis described and analysed the data obtained through the questionnaire. The hypothesis of this bachelor thesis is -"There are differences in lifestyle aspects between men and women with type 2 diabetes". The study used a quantitative research method - non-experimental cross-sectional comparative study. The study was carried out through a 19-question questionnaire with 372 respondents. The data showed that there are indeed differences between men and women in alcohol consumption, diet and physical activity. This job used 15 tables, 10 figures, and 45 literature sources.
