Ģimeniskai videi pietuvinātu pakalpojumu atbilstība bērnu un jauniešu vajadzībām Rīgas pašvaldības bērnu un jauniešu centra struktūrvienībās

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Ģimeniskai videi pietuvināta pakalpojuma atbilstība bērnu un jauniešu vajadzībām Rīgas pašvaldības bērnu un jauniešu centra struktūrvienībās” autore Sarmīte Pudāne, Rīgas Stradiņa universitāte. Darba vadītāja Mg.int.sc.pol., lektore Anna Broka. Darbs izklāstīts uz 60 lapām, kas ietver 2 tabulas, 1 attēlu un 3 pielikumus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt ģimeniskai videi pietuvināta ilgstošās sociālās aprūpes un sociālās rehabilitācijas (ISASR) pakalpojuma atbilstību bērnu un jauniešu vajadzībām un vislabākajām interesēm Rīgas pašvaldības bērnu un jauniešu centra (RPBJC) struktūrvienībās. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika izvērtēta ģimeniskai videi pietuvināto institūciju nozīme bērnu un jauniešu pilnvērtīgas attīstības nodrošināšanā, bērnu tiesību, vislabāko interešu un vajadzību likumdošanas un institucionālais ietvars. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā metode - padziļinātā intervija. Pētījumā kopā piedalījās 4 dalībnieki. Tika intervētas RPBJC struktūrvienību vadītājas un sociālā audzinātāja, lai spētu identificēt ģimeniskai videi pietuvināta pakalpojuma atbilstību bērnu un jauniešu vajadzībām. Gadījuma analīzē tiek novērtēts ģimeniskai videi pietuvināts ISASR pakalpojums RPBJC struktūrvienībās. Darba pētnieciskā daļa atspoguļo ģimeniskai videi pietuvināta pakalpojuma atbilstību bērnu un jauniešu vajadzībām RPBJC struktūrvienībās, struktūrvienību vadītāju un sociālās audzinātājas viedokli par pakalpojuma atbilstību bērnu un jauniešu vajadzībām.

The author of the bachelor's thesis "Adequacy of service closer to family environment to children’s and young people’s needs in Riga Municipal Children and Youth Center structural units" is Sarmīte Pudāne, Riga Stradins University. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the conformity of long-term social care and social rehabilitation (ISASR) service, which is closer to a family environment, to the needs and best interests of children and young people in the structural units of RPBJC. The work consists of a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part of the work evaluated the importance of institutions closer to the family environment in ensuring the full development of children and young people, the legislative and institutional framework of children's rights, best interests and needs. The research part of the work used the qualitative method - the in-depth interview. A total of 4 participants participated in the study. Heads of RPBJC structural units and a social educator were interviewed in order to be able to identify the adequacy of the family-oriented service to the needs of children and young people. The case analysis evaluates the family-oriented ISASR service in RPBJC structural units. The research part of the work reflects the adequacy of the family-oriented service to the needs of children and young people in RPBJC structural units, the opinion of the head of the structural units and the social educator on the adequacy of the service to the needs of children and young people.
