Atšķirības pašvērtējuma un trauksmes rādītājos saistībā ar mobinga pieredzi jauniešiem vecumā no 15 - 16 gadiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noteikt atšķirības pašvērtējuma un trauksmes rādītājos saistībā ar mobinga pieredzi jauniešiem vecumā no 15 līdz 16 gadiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 117 jaunieši, vecumā no 15 līdz 16 gadiem. Respondenti sadalījās divās grupās. Jaunieši ar mobinga pieredzi (n=38) un jaunieši bez mobinga pieredzes (n=79). Pētījuma instrumentārijs: Neklusē aptauja par mobingu skolēniem, Dž.Teilores trauksmes – nemiera skala, TMAS-LV (Manifest Anxiety Scale, TMAS, Teylor, 1953), Rozenberga pašcieņas aptauja (Rosenberg Self-esteem scale: RSE, Rosenberg, 1965). Bakalaura darba rezultāti parāda, ka mobinga pieredzei nav saistība ar pašvērtējuma rādītājiem (U=1341, p>0,05), taču mobinga pieredzei ir saistība ar trauksmes rādītājiem (U=677, **p<0,01). Kā arī pašvērtējuma rādītājiem ir saistība ar trauksmes rādītājiem jauniešiem vecumā no 15 līdz 16 gadiem ar mobinga pieredzi (rs= -0,37*, *p<0,05) rezultāti uzrāda, ka trauksmes rādītāji negatīvi korelē ar pašvērtējumu grupā, kurā jauniešiem ir bijusi mobinga pieredze. Pieaugot trauksmes rādītājiem, samazinās pašvērtējuma rādītāji. Kā arī pastāv dzimumatšķirības starp pašvērtējuma rādītājiem un trauksmes rādītājiem jauniešiem vecumā no 15 līdz 16 gadiem ar mobinga pieredzi. Sievietēm pašvērtējuma rādītāji ir zemāki salīdzinot ar vīriešu pašvērtējuma rādītājiem (U=89,5 **p<0,01). Kā arī pastāv atšķirības trauksmes rādītājos. Sievietēm ar mobinga pieredzi ir augstāki trauksmes rādītāji, salīdzinot vīriešu grupā ar mobinga pieredzi (U=264,5 **p<0,01). The aim of the bachelor's work was to determine the differences in self-esteem and anxiety indicators related to mobbing experience among young people aged 15-16 years. 117 young people aged 15 to 16 participated in the study. Also, self-esteem indicators have a relationship with anxiety indicators in youth aged 15-16 years with mobbing experience (rs= -0,37*, *p<0,05) the results show that anxiety scores are negatively correlated with self-esteem in the group where young people have had mobbing experiences. As anxiety scores increase, self-esteem scores decrease. Also, there are gender differences between self-esteem scores and anxiety scores for youth aged 15 - 16 with mobbing experience. Women's self-esteem scores are lower compared to men's self-esteem scores (U=89,5 **p<0.01). Also, there are differences in anxiety scores. Women with mobbing experience have higher anxiety scores compared to men with mobbing experience (U=264,5 **p<0.01).
