Morālās kompetences saistība ar empātiju studentiem.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija izpētīt morālās kompetences saistību ar empātiju studentiem. Pētījumā tiek aprakstīts morālās kompetences jēdziens psiholoģijā, Georga Linda morālās kompetences teorijā, kura ir šī pētījuma pamats. Kā arī ir aprakstīts, kā dzimums ietekmē morālās kompetences rādītāju. Kā arī ir aprakstīta empātijas jēdziena izpratne psiholoģijā, empātijas definīcija un sniegts dažādu empātijas veidu apraksts. Ir iekļauts arī pārskats par dzimuma ietekmi uz empātijas kopējo rādītāju. Apkopoti pētījumi par morālās kompetences saistību ar empātiju, kuri parāda gan nelielu saistību starp diviem jēdzieniem, gan iespējas, ka saistības starp morālo kompetenci un empātiju nav. Pētījumā piedalījās 82 latviski runājoši respondenti, kuri ir studenti un šobrīt macās Latvijā. No tiem bija 44 sievietes vidēja vecumā 23 gadi un 38 vīrieši vidējā vecuma 22 gadi. Tika izmantoti 3 instrumenti: 1. Sociāldemokrātiska anketa; 2. Aptauja MCT, (Moral Judgment Test, MJT; Lind, 1989, latviskā versija Gints Malzubris, 2002); 3. Empātijas skala, (Basic Emphaty Scale BES, Joliffe & Faringhton, 2006) latviskā versija Dalbiņa I., 2017). Datu analīzes rezultāti parāda, ka kopēja empātija un morālā kompetence nav cieši saistītas, tomēr starp morālās kompetences stadijām un empātiju ir konstatētas dažas negatīvas un pozitīvas vidēji ciešas statistiski nozīmīgas saistības.

The aim of the undergraduate study was to investigate the relationship between moral competence and empathy in students. The study describes the concept of moral competence in psychology, Georg Lind's theory of moral competence, which is the basis of this study. It is also described how gender affects moral competence. The understanding of the concept of empathy in psychology, the definition of empathy and the description of different types of empathy was also described, as well as gender differences in empathy. Collected studies on the relationship between moral competence and empathy, which show both a small relationship between the two concepts and the possibility that there is no relationship between moral competence and empathy. 82 Latvian-speaking respondents who are students and currently studying in Latvia took part in the study. Of these, there were 44 women, average age 23 years, and 38 men, average age 22 years. 3 instruments were used: 1. Social democratic questionnaire. 2. Survey MCT, (Moral Judgment Test, MJT; Lind, 1989, Latvian version Gints Malzubris, 2002). 3. Empathy scale, (Basic Empathy Scale BES, Joliffe & Farington, 2006) Latvian version Dalbiņa I., 2017). The data processing results show that overall empathy and moral competence are not closely related, however, there are some negative and positive close relationships between the stages of moral competence and empathy.
