Sociālo darbinieku profesionālā kompetence darbā ar LGBTQ kopienas jauniešiem

Abstract

Arī mūsdienās jaunieši ir mūsu valsts nākotne un vēlaizvien viena no sarežģītākajām mērķa grupām ar ko strādā sociālie darbinieki ir ģimenes ar bērniem. Neskatoties uz to, ka jaunietis un bērns likumiski atšķiras, jo jaunietis ir vecumposmā no 13 līdz 25 gadiem, šī mērķa grupa vēršas pēc palīdzības sociālajos dienestos. Šobrīd aizvien aktuālāk kļūst LGBTQ jautājumi un viņu kopienas popularizēšana un aicināšana sabiedrībai pieņemt dažādību. Tā kā tikai pēdējajos gados kopiena kļūst atpazīstamāka ir svarīgi saprast vai sociālie darbinieki ar savu izglītību ir profesionāli kompetenti darbā ar šīs kopienas jauniešiem. Šī darba mērķis ir aprakstīt LGBTQ kopienas rašanās vēsturi un jēdzienus, kas jāsaprot saistībā ar kopienu. Analizēt ar kādām problēmām saskaras kopiena ārzemēs un ar kādām grūtībām saskaras Latvijā. Noskaidrot kādas ir šo kopienu vajadzības, un kā šīs vajadzības var apmierināt sociālie darbinieki. Izpētīt kāda ir LGBTQ jauniešu pieredze sadarbībā ar sociālajiem darbiniekiem. Kā arī izpētīt cik profesionāli kompetenti ir paši sociālie darbinieki, lai strādātu ar šo mērķa grupu. Darbs satur 82 lapas, 55 literatūras avotu un 7 nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts sociālās kārtības jēdziens un cik tas svarīgs sociālajā darbā. Otrajā nodaļā tiek atspoguļota LGBTQ kopienas vēsture, kā radās pati kopiena un cik sen jau pastāv. Tiek skaidrots LGBTQ jēdziens. Kā arī tiek parādīta kopienas nozīme un atbalsts, kādu sniedz Latvija, kas pieejams LGBTQ jauniešiem šeit. Trešajā nodaļā tiek atainotas LGBTQ tiesības. Cik vienlīdzīgas tiesības ir šīs kopienas pārstāvjiem Latvijā. Nodaļā tiek vairāk atklāts par LGBTQ jauniešu diskrimināciju, apspiešanu, nosodīšanu un vardarbību. Tiek parādīta ASV skolēnu pieredze. Ceturtā nodaļa pievērš uzmanību tieši sociālajam darbam ar šīs kopienas jauniešiem. Tiek atklātas darba problēmzonas ar ko saskaras sociālie darbinieki. Nodaļa piedāvā dažādu pasākumu kopumu ārzemēs, kā LGBTQ kopiena veicina tiesību ievērošanu. Kā arī padziļināti parāda ārzemju sociālo darbinieku pieredzi darbā ar šo kopienu. Piektā nodaļa atklāj par sociālā darbinieka profesionālajām kompetencēm darbā ar LGBTQ jauniešiem. Darbs var tikt izmantots kā ieteikums Sociālā darba programmas vadītājiem, parādot to, ka studiju procesā nepieciešams studiju kurss, kas sniedz detalizētāku informāciju par šo kopienu un kā sociālajiem darbiniekiem sniegt palīdzību visprofesionālāk, viskompitentāk. Even today, young people are the future of our country, and families with children are still one of the most difficult target groups that social workers work with. Despite the fact that a young person and a child are legally different, since the young person is between the ages of 13 and 25, this target group turns to social services for help. Currently, LGBTQ issues and society acceptance are becoming more and more relevant. As the community is becoming more recognizable only in recent years, it is important to understand whether the social workers with their education are professionally competent in working with the young people of this community. The purpose of this work is to describe the history of the LGBTQ community and the concepts that must be understood in relation to the community. Analyze what problems the community faces abroad and what difficulties it faces in Latvia. Find out what the needs of these communities are and how these needs can be resolve by social workers. To explore the experiences of LGBTQ youth in working with social workers. As well as to investigate how professionally competent the social workers themselves are to work with this target group. The work contains 82 pages, 55 literature source and 7 chapters. The first chapter describes the concept of social order and how important it is in social work. The second chapter reflects the history of the LGBTQ community, how the community itself arose and how long it has existed. The concept of LGBTQ is explained. It also shows the importance of community and the support that Latvia provides for LGBTQ youth here. The third chapter depicts LGBTQ rights. How equal rights do the representatives of this community have in Latvia. The chapter reveals more about discrimination, oppression, condemnation and violence against LGBTQ youth. The experience of US students is shown. The fourth chapter focuses specifically on social work with the youth of this community. Work problem areas faced by social workers are revealed. The department offers a variety of events abroad, how the LGBTQ community promotes respect for rights. It also shows in depth the experience of foreign social workers in working with this community. The fifth chapter reveals about the social worker's professional competencies in working with LGBTQ youth. The work can be used as a recommendation for the leaders of the Social Work Program, showing that the study process requires a study course that provides more detailed information about this community and how to provide help to social workers in the most professional, most competent way.
