Abstract: Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Māsu darba motivācija COVID-19 pandēmijas laikā”. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato 2020. gada 11.marta izsludinātā COVID-19 pandēmija visā pasaulē, kuras laikā ikviens pasaules iedzīvotājs izjuta pārmaiņas veselības aprūpes sistēmā. Māsu darba motivācija ir būtiska, jo COVID-19 saasināšanās posmos ir nepieciešams sniegt aprūpi lielam skaitam cilvēku vienlaicīgi. Bakalaura darba mērķis: novērtēt un noteikt māsu darba motivācijas ietekmējošos faktorus, strādājot COVID-19 pandēmijas laikā. Darba teorētiskajam pamatam izmantoti jau iepriekš veikti pētījumi par māsu darba motivāciju un motivācijas teorijas:Vruma ekspektāciju, Makklelanda motivācijas un vajadzību, un Hercberga divfaktoru teorija. Pētījuma hipotēze:māsām, kuras profesiju ieguvušas pēdējo septiņu gadu laikā, ir augstāka darba motivācija COVID-19 pandēmijas laikā, nekā māsām, kuras profesiju ieguvušas vēlāk par septiņiem gadiem. Pētījuma metode: kvantitatīvs, šķēŗsgriezuma, salīdzinošs. Pētījuma instruments: anketa. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 36 lappusēm, 26 attēliem. Darbā tika izmantoti 23 informācijas avoti un trīs pielikumi. Pētījums tika apkopots ar IBM SPSS statistikas palīdzību. Datu analīzē var aplūkot detalizētu pārskatu par motivācijas faktoriem (iekšējie un ārējie) no Latvijas māsu vērtējuma Likerta skalā no viens līdz pieci.
The topic of the bachelor's is "Nurses' work motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic". The relevance of the topic is based on the global pandemic COVID-19, announced on 11 March 2020, during which everyone in the world experienced changes in the healthcare system. The motivation of nurses is essential, as during the exacerbation phases of COVID-19 it is necessary to provide care to a large number of people at the same time. Aim of the Bachelor thesis: To assess and determine the factors influencing nurses' motivation while working during the COVID-19 pandemic. The theoretical basis of the thesis is based on previous research on nurses' work motivation and on motivational theories: Vruma's Expectation, McElland's Motivation and Needs, and Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory The topic of the bachelor's is "Nurses' work motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic". The research hypothesis: nurses who have entered the profession in the last seven years have higher work motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic than nurses who have entered the profession more than seven years later—research method: quantitative, cross-sectional, comparative. Research instrument: questionnaire. The thesis consists of 36 pages, 26 images. The thesis uses 23 sources of information and 3appendices. The research was summarised using IBM SPSS statistics. The data analysis provides a detailed overview of the motivational factors (intrinsic and extrinsic) from the Likert scale scores of Latvian nurses from one to five.
