Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Māsas un pacienta savstarpēja sadarbība pēc zarnu stomas izveidošanas operācijas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā veidojas un kādi faktori ietekmē savstarpējas sadarbības veidošanu starp māsu un pacientu veselības aprūpes iestādēs pēc zarnu stomas izveidošanas operācijas. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma rezultātus, izmantota kvantitatīva metode – anketēšana. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīti zarnu stomas veidi, to aprūpes īpatnības un savstarpējas sadarbības nozīme un to ietekmējošie faktori starp māsu un pacientu zarnu stomas aprūpes laikā. Latvijā un pasaulē nepārtraukti pieaug zarnu stomas pacientu skaits, un šiem pacientiem ir svarīgi saņemt visaptverošu informāciju par zarnu stomas aprūpes īpatnībām un turpmāko dzīvi ar zarnu stomu. Bakalaura darbam ir 54 lapaspuses, 16 attēli, 19 tabulas un pievienoti 4 pielikumi – anketa pacientiem, anketa māsām, ētikas komitejas pētījuma lēmums un galvojums.

The bachelor's thesis - Mutual cooperation between nurse and patient after create operation of intertinal stoma. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out how and what factors influence the formation of mutual cooperation between a nurse and a patient in health care institutions after an operation to create an intestinal stoma. In order to achieve the results of the research, a quantitative method – questionnaires. The theoretical part of the work examines the types of intestinal stoma, the peculiarities of their care and the importance of mutual cooperation and the influencing factors between the nurse and the patient during intestinal stoma care. In Latvia and in the world, the number of intestinal stoma patients is constantly increasing, and it is important for these patients to receive comprehensive information about the peculiarities of intestinal stoma care and the future life with an intestinal stoma. The bachelor's thesis has 54 pages, 16 images, 19 tables and 4 attachments - a questionnaire for patients, a questionnaire for nurses, a decision of the research ethics committee and guarantee.
