Izglītojoša audiovizuāla podkāsta izstrāde par producenta darba īpatnībām Latvijā.

Abstract

Darba autore ir Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes studente Katrīna Berga, un darba vadītājs ir Doc. Dr. paed. Alnis Stakle. Šis bakalaura darbs tika veidots kā radošais darbs, kā rezultātā tika izveidots audiovizuāls podkāsts par producenta darbu Latvijā ar nosaukumu “Producenta ceļvedis”. Ideja par audiovizuāla podkāsta izstrādi kā bakalaura darbu tapa, kad studiju kursā “Satura producēšana multimediju platformām” darba autore kopā ar kursabiedriem veidoja mājasdarbu, kurā bija jāveido īss podkāsts par producēšanu, un tajā tika intervēta kino producent. Veidojot šo mājasdarbu, darba autore novēroja, ka sabiedrībā pārāk reti tiek aktualizēts jautājums par producenta darbu – gan sabiedrība, gan paši studenti daudzos gadījumos nesaprot, kas ir producents, nereti jaucot to ar režisora darbu. Tā tika pieņemts lēmums veidot radošu projektu – audiovizuālu podkāstu sēriju par producenta darbu Latvijā, kurā tiek intervēti trīs nozares speciālisti – podkāstu “Džemmas podkāsts”, “Muša” un Latvijas Radio podkāsta “Dokumentārijs” sēriju “Miers ar tevi” un “Es esmu skaista” producente Marta Herca, Latvijas radio 5 – Pieci.lv producents, bijušais programmu vadītājs Toms Putniņš un bijusī Latvijas Radio 5 – Pieci.lv programmu vadītāja, podkāsta “Retinātā gaisā” producente un TV3 raidījuma “900 sekundes” izpildproducente Inese Pučeka. Bakalaura darbā tiek detalizēti aprakstīta podkāsta veidošana, teorētiskajā daļā izpētot audiovizuālā satura tendences Latvijā, apskatot dažādas producēšanas nozares un to īpatnības, kā arī pētot podkāstu popularitāti un ietekmi uz sabiedrību īpaši pēdējo gadu laikā. Darba teorētiskā bāze sastāv no zinātnisko avotu analīzes, un tā bija nepieciešama, lai audiovizuālā podkāsta autorei būtu plašs ieskats producēšanas jomā. Šajā darbā ir būtiska nianse – bakalaura darba autore ne tikai pēta producenta darbu, bet arī veic to, izstrādājot radošo projektu. Savukārt, bakalaura darba koncepta daļā detalizēti tiek aprakstīts podkāsta idejas, plānošanas, izstrādes, montāžas un publicēšanas koncepts. Koncepta daļa ir arī tā vieta, kur vislabāk var sekot līdzi podkāsta tapšanai. Koncepta daļas nodaļās tiek padziļināti izskaidrots katrs podkāsta veidotāju lēmums. Audiovizuālais podkāsts sastāv no audio un video materiāliem, tāpēc tā veidošanas process ir sarežģītāks, laikietilpīgāks un prasa daudz vairāk tehniskās zināšanas. Arī šie faktori – tehniskais nodrošinājums, studijas iekārtojums, montāža, gala produktā izmantotie materiāli un citas lietas ir aprakstītas, tādā veidā nodrošinot divus ceļvežus – audiovizuālu podkāstu un informatīvu, zinātniskā literatūrā balstītu bakalaura darbu.

The author of the thesis is Katrīna Berga, a Riga Stradiņš University student, and the supervisor of the thesis is Doc. Dr. paed. Prof. Alnis Stakle. This is a creative thesis, and the result is an audiovisual podcast about media production in Latvia called "Producer's Guide". The idea of developing an audiovisual podcast as a bachelor thesis came about when the author of the thesis along with other students had an assignment in the course "Content Production for Multimedia Platforms", where they had to create a short podcast about media production, in which a film producer was interviewed. While making this podcast, the author observed that the work of a media producer is poorly understood in society – both the public and the students themselves in many cases do not understand what a producer is, often confusing it with the work of a director. The decision was made to create a creative project – an audiovisual podcast series about media production in Latvia, in which three industry professionals are interviewed – Marta Herca, producer of the podcasts "Džemmas podcast", "Muša" and the Latvijas Radio podcast "Dokumentārijs" series "Peace with you" and "I am beautiful", Latvijas Radio 5 – Pieci. lv producer, former program host Toms Putniņš and former program host of Latvijas Radio 5 – Pieci.lv, producer of the podcast "In the rare air" and executive producer of the TV3 program "900 seconds" Inese Pučeka. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the trends of audiovisual content in Latvia, looking at different production sectors and their specifics, and studies the popularity and impact of podcasts on society especially in recent years. The theoretical basis of the work consists of the analysis of scientific sources. It was necessary for the author of the audiovisual podcast to have a broad insight into the field of production. There is an important nuance in this work – the author of the bachelor’s thesis does not only research the work of a producer, but also carries it out by developing a creative project. The concept part of the bachelor thesis describes in detail the concept, planning, development, editing and publication of the podcast. The concept part is also the place where the podcast development process can best be followed. The chapters in the concept section explain in depth each decision made by the podcast creators. An audiovisual podcast creation process is more complex, more time-consuming and requires much more technical knowledge. These factors – technical support, studio set-up, editing, materials used in the final product, etc. – are also described, thus providing two guides – an audiovisual podcast and an informative bachelor thesis based on scientific literature.
