Methodology of improvement in business processes of a Bolt company

Abstract

Efektīvas biznesa procesu pārvaldības un tās nepārtrauktas uzlabošanas nozīme pieaug, jo arvien vairāk uzņēmumu saskaras ar nepieciešamību uzlabot savus biznesa procesus, lai saglabātu konkurētspēju tirgū un apmierinātu klientu vajadzības. Uzņēmumiem trūkst izpratnes par to, kā uzlabot biznesa procesus, kādas metodikas izmantot un iespējamās problēmas, kas var rasties, īstenojot uzlabošanas projektus. Sasniedzot šī pētījuma mērķi, apzinot Bolt Taxi Latvia biznesa procesu uzlabošanas iespējas, pārskatot literatūru, analizējot sekundāros datus, Lean Six Sigma un veicot aptauju, šis pētījums piedāvā pilnveidošanas iespējas, piemēram, tirgus stratēģiju, maksājumu apstrādes sistēmu pilnveidošanu. , palielinot pieejamo draiveru skaitu. The importance of effective business process management and its continual improvement is increasing, as more companies are faced with the need to improve their business processes to remain competitive in the market and satisfy customer needs. Companies lack an understanding of how to improve their business processes, what methodologies to use and the potential problems that may occur when implementing improvement projects. By reaching the purpose of this research, identifying improvement opportunities for business processes of Bolt Taxi Latvia by reviewing the literature, analyzing secondary data, Lean Six Sigma and performing a survey, this study proposes improvement opportunities such as improving market strategies, payment-processing systems, increasing the number of available drivers. This bachelor thesis has 46 pages, 15 figures, 2 tables, 2 Annexes and 52 references.
