Abstract

Darba autore: Daniēla Gailīte Darba vadītājs: Alnis Stakle, Doc. Dr. paed. Bakalaura darba tēma: Sociālkritiskas fotokolāžas par alkoholisma problemātiku Bakalaura darba mērķis: radīt digitāli manipulētas fotokolāžas no analogās fotogrāfijas, kas būtu vizuāls komentārs par alkohola negatīvo ietekmi uz ģimenes dzīvi atspoguļojot identitātes traucējumus, un politiskā režīma nospiestība uz indivīdu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un radošas koncepcijas daļas. Pateicoties teorētiskām atziņām, tika veiksmīgi realizēts koncepcijas process. Teorijā tika apskatītas tādas tēmas kā sociālpolitiski kritiska mākslas prakse, fotokolāžas attīstība un terapeitiskās fotogrāfijas nozīme. Bakalaura koncepcijas daļā tiek aprakstīta kolāžas tapšanas process, un piedāvāta izstādes projekta ideja. Koncepcijas daļa ir detalizēts apraksts par vēstījumu, idejas realizāciju, izstrādes procesu un kolāžas apraksts. Radošais darbs- fotokolāžu sērija par autores vecvecāku neveselīgo kopdzīvi padomju savienības laikā. Simbolisks atspoguļojums par to kā valsts nospiestais režīms uz indivīdu ierobežoja vecvecāku problēmu risinājumu, drīzāk saasināja to, veicinot alkoholu atkarību. Kā arī, vecāku problēmu nodošanās uz bērnu identitāti. Tika arī izstrādāta kolāžas fiziska forma- atklātnes 13x18 formāts. Kolāžas atklātnes iekšpusē ir pārkopēti vecvecāku apsveikuma kartītes dzejoļi, vēlējumi kas iezīme absurdisku skatījumu uz realitāti. Teksta formāts tiek apzīmēts kā realitātes ignorēšana, dzīvojot ideālisma formā. Apsveikuma kartītes tekstiem ir nozīmīga loma, jo tas atsaucas uz virspusēju dzīves skatījumu. Novēlējumi svētkos kļūst par ierastu darbību, tādā veidā vārdiem pazūd vērtība, un tie pārtop par salkaniem izteicieniem, kas apsedz indivīda problemātisko vidi.

Dr. paed The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create digitally manipulated photo collages from analogue photographs that would be a visual commentary on the negative effects of alcohol on family life, reflect identity problems, and reflect the oppression of the political regime on the individual. The bachelor's thesis consists of a theoretical and creative conceptual part. Thanks to theoretical insights, the concept process was successfully implemented. The theory covered topics such as socio-politically critical art practice, the development of photo collage, and the importance of therapeutic photography. The part of the bachelor's concept that describes the process of creating a collage offers an idea for an exhibition project. The concept part is a detailed description of the message, the realization of the idea, the development process, and a description of the collage. The creative work is a series of photo collages about the unhealthy cohabitation of the author's grandparents during the Soviet Union. A symbolic representation of how the regime imposed by the state on the individual limited the solution to the problems of the grandparents rather than exacerbated them by promoting alcohol addiction. Also, the transference of parenting issues to children's identities. The physical form of the collage was also developed—a postcard in 13x18 cm format. Inside the postcard of the collage are copies of the texts of the grandparents' greeting cards (poems, wishes) which features an absurd view of reality. The text format is labeled as ignoring reality while living in a form of idealism. The text of the greeting card plays an important role because it refers to the ideology of the perfect family model of the Soviet Union. Holiday wishes become a routine activity; thus, words lose their value and turn into sweet expressions that cover up the problematic environment of the individual.
