Ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības īstenošanas iespējas un problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs tika izstrādāts par tēmu Ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības īstenošanas iespējas un problēmas Latvijā, kurā tika pētīts, kādas ir ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības īstenošanas iespējas un problēmas Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir balstoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām un empīrisko pētījumu par ilgtspējīgu uzņēmējdarbību Latvijā, izstrādāt attīstības prognozi ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības īstenošanai Latvijā. Izmantojot monogrāfisko metodi, tiek pētīti zinātniskās informācijas avoti un dažādu autoru ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības definējumi, ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības attīstības tendences un tās īstenošanas barjeras. Analīzes un sintēzes metode tiek pielietota, lai identificētu galvenos atšķirību faktorus ilgtspējīgu uzņēmējdarbību atbalstošās politikās Latvijā, salīdzinot ar ES. Kontentanalīzes metode tiek izmantota, lai analizētu ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības atbalsta mehānismus ES, balstoties uz ES un Latvijas regulatīviem un stratēģiskiem dokumentiem. Kvalitatīvā pētījumu metode tiek izmantota, lai noskaidrotu ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības īstenošanas iespējas un problēmas Latvijā, raksturojot esošo ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības attīstības situāciju Latvijā un faktorus, kas ietekmēja konkrētās situācijas izveidošanos, balstoties uz padziļinātām ekspertu intervijām. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, lai sasniegtu ilgtspējīgas attīstības mērķus, Latvijai ir nepieciešama strukturēta un detalizēta stratēģija un tai atbilstošs rīcības plāns, kas ietver ilgtspējīgu uzņēmējdarbības vides izmantošanu, resursu efektīvu izmantošanu un sociālo atbildību. Savukārt Latvijas valsts regulatīvā sistēma, kas pamatā ir balstīta uz Eiropas savienības regulatīviem aktiem, ir viens no būtiskākajiem ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības atbalsta instrumentiem. Balstoties uz darba rezultātiem tika izvirzīti četri priekšlikumi uzņēmumiem, kas īsteno ilgtspējīgu uzņēmējdarbību, Latvijas Republikas Vides aizsardzības un reģionālās attīstības ministrijai sadarbībā ar atbildīgajām institūcijām, Latvijas Republikas Ekonomikas Ministrijai un atbildīgajām Latvijas valsts institūcijām, Latvijas Republikas Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijai un atbildīgajām Latvijas valsts institūcijām Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 52 lappuses. Darbā iekļautas divas tabulas, 58 izmantotās literatūras avoti un 5 pielikumi.

The bachelor thesis was elaborated on the topic Sustainable business opportunities and challenges in Latvia, which explored the opportunities and challenges of sustainable business in Latvia. The aim of the thesis is to develop a development forecast for the implementation of sustainable entrepreneurship in Latvia based on the theoretical knowledge and empirical research on sustainable entrepreneurship in Latvia. Using the monographic method, the sources of scientific information anddefinitions of sustainable entrepreneurship by different authors, the development trends of sustainable entrepreneurship and the barriers to its implementation are studied. The method of analysis and synthesis is applied to identify the main differentiating factors in policies supporting sustainable entrepreneurship in Latvia compared to the EU. The method of contingent analysis is used to analyse the mechanisms supporting sustainable entrepreneurship in the EU, based on EU and Latvian regulatory and strategic documents. The qualitative research method is used to identify opportunities and challenges for sustainable entrepreneurship in Latvia by describing the current situation of sustainable entrepreneurship development in Latvia and the factors that have influenced this situation, based on in-depth expert interviews. The results of the study indicate that in order to achieve its sustainable development goals, Latvia needs a structured and detailed strategy and a corresponding action plan, which includes the sustainable use of the business environment, the efficient use of resources and social responsibility. Latvia's national regulatory framework, which is based on the European Union regulatory framework, is one of the most important instruments to support sustainable entrepreneurship. Based on the results of the work, four proposals were put forward for sustainable business enterprises, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia in cooperation with the responsible institutions, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia and the responsible Latvian state institutions, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia and the responsible Latvian state institutions The bachelor thesis is in 52 pages.
