| Abstract: | Šī pētījuma mērķis ir apkopot un izanalizēt pieejamo informāciju par implantāciju, iespējamām komplikācijām un riska faktoriem. Darba uzdevumi ir iepazīties ar informāciju par implantāciju no grāmatām un uz pierādījumiem balstītiem rakstiem un publikācijām, salīdzināt implantu ''izdzīvošanas līmeni'' un ''veiksmes līmeni'' ar endodontiski ārstētiem zobiem, apkopot datus un noskaidrot par pacienta dzīves kvalitāti pēc implantācijas. Tika secināts, ka implanti uzrāda labākus panākuma un dzīvildzes līmeņus noteikta laika periodā, ja tos salīdzina ar endodontiski ārstētiem zobiem. Tika arī secināts, ka gandrīz visi pacienti 10 gadus pēc implantācijas anketās atzīmē, ka ir apmierināti ar ārstēšanas rezultātiem. The aim of this study is to collect and analyze the available information on implantation, possible complications and risk factors. The work tasks are to get acquainted with information about implantation from books and evidence-based articles and publications, to compare the "survival rate" and "success rate" of implants with endodontically treated teeth, to collect data and to find out about the patient's quality of life after implantation. It was concluded that implants show better success and survival rates over a period of time when compared to endodontically treated teeth. It was also concluded that almost all patients, 10 years after implantation, note in questionnaires that they are satisfied with the results of the treatment. |
