Integrālā pieeja sociālo darbinieku profesionālajā darbībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “ Integrālā pieeja sociālo darbinieku profesionālajā darbībā”. Šī tēma iezīmē, ka sociālais darbs ir visaptveroša, praksē balstīta profesija un akadēmiska disciplīna, kas veicina sociālās pārmaiņas un attīstību, sociālo kohēziju, kā arī cilvēku pilnvarošanu un atbrīvošanu. Sociālā darba vēsture Latvijā ir iezīmēta ar 100 gadu pieredzi un šī gadsimta laikā pasaulē daudz kas ir transformējies. Ņemot vērā, ka sociālā darba joma nav šķirama no pasaules transformācijas norisēm, tad arī transformācijai ir jānorit sociālā darba jomā - mikro, mezo un makro līmenī. Bakalaura darba “Integrālā pieeja sociālo darbinieku profesionālajā darbībā ” mērķis ir izpētīt kādas integrālās pieejas komponentes ( AQAL modeļa ) un pazīmes piemīt sociālo darbinieku profesionālajā darbībā . Bakalaura teorētiskā daļa sastāv no divām nodaļām un piecām apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta sociālā darba vēsture un raksturota sociālo darbinieku profesionālā darbība. Otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturota integrālā pieeja un tās komponente – integrālā teorija un AQAL modelis , kā arī tiek aprakstīta integrālās pieejas nozīme sociālo darbinieku profesionālajā darbībā. Pētnieciskajā daļā tika veiktas dziļās intervijas ar septiņiem respondentiem. Kā respondentu izlases veids tika pielietots “Sniega pikas” izlase jeb tīklojuma izlase, savukārt kā otrs izlases veids tika pielietots publikācijās atrodamie sociālie darbinieki, kuri dalījušies savā pieredzē vai refleksijā par sociālā darba sfēru un tika uzrunāti ar lūgumu piedalīties intervijā. Ar dziļo interviju palīdzību tika izpētītas kādas integrālās pieejas komponentes ( AQAL modeļa ) un pazīmes piemīt sociālo darbinieku profesionālajā darbībā .

The title of the bachelor’s thesis is “Integral approach in the professional activity of social workers”. This theme highlights that social work is a comprehensive, practice-based profession and academic discipline that promotes social change and development, social cohesion, and human empowerment and liberation. The history of social work in Latvia is marked by 100 years of experience, and a lot has changed in the world during this century. considering that the field of social work cannot be separated from the world transformation- transformation must also take place in the field of social work - at the micro, meso and macro level. The aim of the Bachelor "Integral approach in the professional activity of social workers" is to explore some components of an integral approach (AQAL model) and features in the professional activity of social workers.The theoretical part of the Bachelor's degree consists of two chapters and five subsections. The first chapter describes the history of social work and describes the professional activity of social workers. The second chapter describes the integral approach and its component – the integral theory and the AQAL model, and also describes the importance of the integral approach in the professional activity of social workers. In the research part, in-depth interviews were conducted with seven respondents. The "Snowball" sampling or network sampling was used as the type of respondent sampling, and the social workers found in publications who shared their experience or reflection on the field of social work and will be approached with a request in the interview were used as the second sampling type. With the help of in-depth interviews, some integral approaches (AQAL model) and features in the activity of social professional workers were identified.
