Anotācija

Bakalaura darba nosaukums: “Sociālo darbinieku profesionālo interešu pārstāvniecība”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir Izpētīt sociālo darbinieku interešu pārstāvniecību kā pilsoniskās sabiedrības aktivitāti. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 2 anotācijām, ievad, 3 nodaļām, teorētiskās daļas secinājumiem, metodoloģijas raksturojuma un pielikuma. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek atspoguļots pilsoniskās savienības mērķis, termina skaidrojums un nepieciešamība būt pilsoniski aktīviem, kā arī pilsoniskā aktivitāte Latvijā. Otrajā nodaļā apskatīta Latvijas arodbiedrību vēsture, šodienas aktivitātes un Latvijas Sociālo darbinieku biedrības darbība. Trešajā nodaļā darba autore atspoguļo sociālo darbinieku interešu pārstāvniecību kaimiņvalstīs un Sociālo darbinieku profesionālo interešu pārstāvniecības nepieciešamība saistībā ar aktualizēto problemātiku. Darbs ir izklāstīts uz 57 lapām. Darbā izmantoti 44 literatūras avoti, tam ir 2 pielikumi.

ABSTRACT

The title of the bachelor's thesis is "Representation of professional interests of social workers". The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the representation of the interests of social workers as an activity of civil society. The bachelor's thesis consists of 2 annotations, an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions of the theoretical part, description of the methodology and an appendix. The first chapter of the work reflects the purpose of the civil union, the explanation of the term and the need to be civically active, as well as civic activity in Latvia. The second chapter examines the history of Latvian trade unions, today's activities, and the activities of the Latvian Association of Social Workers. In the third chapter, the author reflects the representation of the interests of social workers in neighboring countries and the need for the representation of the professional interests of social workers in relation to the current issues. The work is presented on fifty-eight pages. The work uses forty-four literary sources, it has two attachments.
