Sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamība ģimenēm, kurās ir bērns ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „Sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamība ģimenēm, kurās ir bērns ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem”. Darbu veic Rīgas Stradiņu universitātes “Sabiedrības veselības un sociālās labklājības fakultātes” studiju programmas “Sociālais darbs” 5. kursa studente Kristīne Bērziņa. Pētījuma mērķis: Izpētīt ģimeņu, kurās ir bērns ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem, un speciālistu viedokli par sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamību un tās ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Pētījuma uzdevumi: • analizēt zinātnisko literatūru un pētījumus par autiskā spektra traucējumiem bērniem; • analizēt sociālos pakalpojumus ģimenēm, kurās ir bērns ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem Latvijā un citu valstu pieredzē; • veikt pētījumu par ģimeņu, kurās ir bērns ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem, vajadzībām un sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamības faktoriem; • apkopot, analizēt un interpretēt pētījumā iegūtos datus; • izdarīt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus. Darbs sastāv no anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, ievada, četrām nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, nobeiguma, izmantoto avotu un literatūras saraksta un četriem pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek definēts, kas ir bērns, raksturota autiskā spektra traucējumu izcelsme un veidi, skaidrotas bērnu ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem un viņu ģimeņu vajadzības, aprakstīti sociālo pakalpojumu veidi un to pieejamības kritēriji, analizēta Latvijas un pasaules pieredze sociālo pakalpojumu sniegšanā bērniem ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem. Pētnieciskajā daļā tiek analizēti anketu rezultāti ar bērnu likumiskajiem pārstāvjiem un sociālajiem darbiniekiem; intervija ar Latvijas Autisma apvienības vadītāju. Apkopojot iegūtos datus, var secināt, ka ģimeņu vajadzības, kurās ir bērns ar autiskā spektra traucējumiem, ir daudzveidīgas un to nodrošināšana ir aktuāla, valsts un pašvaldību finansētie sociālie pakalpojumi šīm ģimenēm netiek nodrošināti pietiekamā apjomā, pastāv pakalpojumu pieejamības problēmas.

The title of bachelor thesis is "“Availability of social services for families who have children with autism spectrum disorders”. The work is carried out by Kristīne Bērziņa, a fifth year student of the "Social Work" study program at the "Faculty of Public Health and Social Welfare" of Riga Stradin University. The aim of the study: To explore the opinion of families who have a child with autism spectrum disorder and specialists opinion about the availability of social services and the factors affecting them. Bachelor thesis tasks is: • to analyze the scientific literature and researches about autism spectrum disorders for children; • to analyze social services for families who have a child with autistic spectrum disorders in Latvia and experience in other countries; • to do research on the needs of families who have a child with autistic spectrum disorders and the factors of their access to social services; • to summarize, analyze and interpret the data obtained in the study; • to make conclusions and proposals. The work consists of an annotation in Latvian and English, an introduction, four chapters with subsections, conclusions, propossals and a list of used sources and literature. In thetheoretical part of work is defined what is child, described the origin and types of autistic spectrum disorders, explain child with autistic spectrum disorder and his family needs. There are describe social services for families where is child with autistic spectrum disorders and described worldwide experience with giving social services for children with autistic spectrum disorders. Also there are characterised criteries for social services availability and performed analysis with problems of social services. In the research part of the work are reflected the results of questionnaires of children's legal representatives and social workers; the results of the interview with the leader of the Latvian Autism Association about this specific topic. Summarizing the obtained data, it had concluded that the needs of families who have a child with autistic spectrum disorder are diverse and their provision is actual, social services financed by the state and local governments are not provided to these families in a sufficient amount, there are problems of service availability.
