Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmas nosaukums: Kreativitāte sociālā darba praksē Sociālais darbs nav vienmuļa un rutīnā iegrimusi profesija, tai ir tieši ļoti pretējs apzīmējums – kolorīts un daudzveidīgs darbs ar dažādām mērķa grupām un dažādu līmeņu praksēm. Lai gan sociālajam darbam ir dažādas izpausmes, tā virsmērķis ir viens – palīdzēt cilvēkiem uzlabot vai atjaunot viņu sociālo funkcionēšanu, uzlabojot apstākļus šīs funkcionēšanas nodrošināšanai. Kreatīva pieeja var uzlabot profesionālās darbības rezultātus dažādās profesijās, tai skaitā arī sociālā darba profesijā. Radošums sociālajā darbā ietver dažādu kreatīvu metožu izmantošanu darbā ar klientiem (radīt resursus, izmantojot mākslu, kustību, mūziku, u.c.), ne tikai runāšanu par viņu problēmām un to risinājumiem. Arī sarunājoties ar cilvēkiem, sociālais darbinieks ir viņu stāstu ilustrators tādā veidā, ka padara viņu problēmas redzamas un saprotamas un, tātad atrisināmas. Sociālais darbs prasa radošu pieeju un radošus risinājumus. Darba izstrādei tika izvirzīts mērķis – izpētīt sociālo darbinieku kreativitātes izpausmes sociālajā darbā.

The title of the thesis theme: Creativity in Social Work Practice Social work is not a monotonous and routine profession, it has the very opposite meaning - colorful and diverse work with different target groups and different levels of practice. Although social work has different manifestations, its main goal is one: to help people improve or restore their social functioning by improving the conditions for that functioning. A creative approach can improve professional performance in a variety of professions, including social work. Creativity in social work involves using a variety of creative methods to work with clients (creating resources through art, movement, music, etc.), not just talking about their problems and solutions. Even when talking to people, the social worker is an illustrator of their stories in a way that makes their problems visible and understandable and, therefore, solvable. Social work requires a creative approach and creative solutions. The aim of the work was to study the manifestation of creativity of social workers in social work practice.
