Bakalaura darba mērķis- Veikt pieejamības izvērtējumu un noteikt objektīvi pieejamākos sociālos pakalpojumus ģimenēm ar bērniem Madonas novadā. Lai sasniegtu kursa darba mērķi, tiek izvirzīti šādi pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. Aplūkot ģimenēm ar bērniem vajadzības un sociālās problēmas. 2. Analizēt teorētisko literatūru par sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamību ietekmējošajiem faktoriem. 3. Analizēt pakalpojumus ģimenēm ar bērniem pirms un pēc novada reformas. 4. Pētīt pakalpojumu pieejamību saistībā ar novadu reformu: Veikt respondentu un eksperta, un sociālā darbinieku interviju par izmaiņām sociālajos pakalpojumos ģimenēm ar bērniem. Analizēt respondentu un ekspertu sniegto informāciju. Izpētīt pozitīvās un negatīvās pārmaiņas novada reformas rezultātā pakalpojumu saņemšanai ģimenēm ar bērniem. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā aplūkotas ģimenēm ar bērniem vajadzības un sociālās problēmas ģimenēm ar bērniem. Otrajā nodaļā analizēta literatūra par sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamību un pašvaldību nozīmi sociālo pakalpojumu nodrošināšana. Trešā nodaļa aprakstīts par Madonas novada sociālās reformas 2021.gadā izmaiņas sociālajos pakalpojumos ģimenēm ar bērniem. Objective of bachelor's work - Performance of accessibility assessments and identify objectively accessible social services for families with children in the county of Madona. In order to achieve the objectives of the course work, the following study tasks are identified: 1. Look at the needs and social challenges of families with children. 2. Analyse theoretical literature on factors affecting the accessibility of social services. 3. Analyze services for families with children before and after county reform. 4. Study the availability of services in the context of municipal reform: Conduct an interview of respondents and experts and social workers on changes in social services for families with children. The second chapter analyses the literature on accessibility of social services and the role of municipalities in providing social services. The third chapter describes the changes to social services for families with children in Madona county in 2021.
