Abstract

Valsts un pašvaldības nodrošinātais atbalsts audžu-ģimenēm Cēsu novadā, Rīgas Stradiņa universitāte, 2023. – 61 lpp. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pieejamo atbalstu audžuģimenēm Cēsu novadā. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tiek izvirzīti šādi pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt literatūras avotus un pētījumus tēmas kontekstā 2. Izpētīt pieejamos statistikas datus, kas raksturo audžuģimeņu situāciju. 3. Izzināt audžuģimeņu vajadzības 4. Izpētīt atbalsta pakalpojumu pieejamību audžuģimenēm Cēsu novadā. 5. Izstrādāt secinājumus un rekomendācijas Bakalaura darbs sastāv no sešām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā aplūkots audžuģimeņu tiesis-kais regulējums, valsts, pašvaldības un nevalstiskā sektora atbalsts audžuģimenēm. Otrajā nodaļā aplūkots sistēmu teorijas nozīme un pielietojums darbā ar audžuģimenēm, bērniem un to bioloģiskajām ģimenēm. Trešajā nodaļa atspoguļots metodoloģijas pamatojums Ceturtajā nodaļā veikts atbalsta centru ekspertu interviju apkopojums. Piektajā veikta interviju ar audžuģimenēm analīze. Sestajā nodaļā veikta audžu ģimenes sadarbība ar bērna bioloģisko ģimeni – atbalsta nozīmes apkopojums. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā izstrādāti secinājumi, balstoties uz zinātniskās literatūras analīzi, normatīvo aktu analīzi un empīriskā pētījuma rezultātu analīzi.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the following study objectives are identi-fied: 1. Analyze literature sources and studies in the context of a topic; 2. Explore available statistical data that describe the situation of foster families; 3. To explore the needs of foster families; 4. Explore the availability of support services to foster families in the county of Cesis; 5. To draw conclusions. The bachelor thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter examines the legal regula-tion of foster families, state, local government and non-governmental sector support for foster families. The second chapter examines the importance and application of systems theory in working with foster families, children and their biological families. The third chapter reflects the justification of the methodology In the fourth chapter, a compilation of interviews of experts from support centers was carried out. In the fifth, an analysis of interviews with foster families was carried out. In the sixth chapter, the cooperation of the foster family with the child's biological family is carried out - a summary of the importance of support. Finally, the bachelor's thesis concludes with a summary of the findings from the analysis of scientific literature, regulatory acts, and empirical research results.
