Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Sociālā darbinieka profesionālā kompetence aprūpes mājās pakalpojuma nodrošināšanā klienta un aprūpētāja savstarpējās psiholoģiskās nesaderības un konflikta situācijās”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt sociālā darbinieka profesionālo kompetenci aprūpes mājās pakalpojuma nodrošināšanā klienta un aprūpētāja savstarpējās psiholoģiskās nesaderības un konflikta situācijās . Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tiek izvirzīti šādi pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. Raksturot aprūpe mājās pakalpojumu un pakalpojuma saņēmēju. 2. Analizēt sociālā darbinieka profesionālo kompetenci aprūpe mājās pakalpojuma nodrošināšanā. 3. Definēt psiholoģisko saderību, analizēt konfliktrisināšanas teorijas nozīmi sociālajā darbā. 4. Izpētīt sociālā darbinieka profesionālo kompetenci klienta un aprūpētāja savstarpējās psiholoģiskās nesaderības un konflikta situācijās. 5. Izzināt aprūpētāju un klientu viedokli par savstarpējās psiholoģiskās nesaderības un konflikta situācijām. 6. Izstrādāt ieteikumus konfliktu mazināšanā aprūpe mājās pakalpojuma nodrošināšanā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no sešām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā raksturots pakalpojums aprūpe mājās, kas ir sociālās aprūpes pakalpojuma saņēmējs. Otrajā nodaļā aplūkota sociālā darbinieka profesionālā kompetence. Kādas ir sociālā darbinieka lomas, kādas ir nepieciešamās zināšanas un prasmes, kā arī sociālā darbinieka ētika un vērtības. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēta un aprakstīta konflikta teorija. Kā tiek risināti konflikti, kādi ir to veidi. Kādas ir starppersonu attiecības, kā tās veidot. Cik nozīmīga konfliktu risināšanā ir mediācija. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir atspoguļots anketēšanas datu apkopojums, analīze un interpretācija. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā izstrādāti secinājumi balstoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem datiem. Piektajā nodaļā atspoguļota anketēšanas datu apkopojums un analīze un sestajā nodaļā atspoguļota interviju apkopojums un analīze. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 56 lapas. Bachelor's work “Professional competence of a Social employee in the provision of residential care Service in situations of psychological incompatibility and conflict between a Customer and a carer”. The purpose of the Bachelor's work is to explore the professional competence of a social worker in ensuring the care home service in situations of psychological incompatibility and conflict between a client and a carer. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the following study objectives are set: 1. Describe the home care service and the recipient of the service. 2. Analyse the professional competence of a social worker in the provision of home care services. 3. Define psychological compatibility, analyze the importance of conflict resolution theory in social work. 4. Explore the professional competence of a social worker in situations of psychological incompatibility and conflict between a client and a carer. 5. To ascertain the opinion of carers and clients regarding situations of mutual psychological incompatibility and conflict. 6. Develop recommendations to mitigate conflicts in home care provision. The Bachelor's work consists of six chapters. Chapter one describes the home care service, which is the recipient of the social care service. The second chapter deals with the professional competence of a social worker. What are the roles of the social worker, what are the necessary knowledge and skills, and the ethics and values of the social worker. Chapter three analyses and describes the theory of conflict. How conflicts are handled, what types of conflicts they are. What interpersonal relationships are, how to build them. How important mediation is in resolving conflicts. Chapter four presents the compilation, analysis and interpretation of the questionnaire data. The conclusion of the Bachelor's work is based on the findings of the study. Chapter five presents the compilation and analysis of the questionnaire data and Chapter six shows the compilation and analysis of the interviews. The Bachelor's work amounts to 56 pages.
